STAINLESS STEEELAll Tramontina knife blades are made of Brazilian high quality stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and rust over time. In order to keep the stainless steel always shiny and looking brand new, it is recommended to dry it thoroughly after hand washing or dish washing machine cycle.

JUMBOS

TRADITIONALTraditional line is an ecological line made of Ipê wood from reforestation areas in Brazil. Wooden handles are double riveted to the blade to guarantee a good fixation. Traditional line is not dishwasher safe.

The Jumbo line features a bigger size handle and blade width in order to fulfil the demand of the true steak lovers. Handles are available in Polywood or Traditional wood and in half or full tang blade sizes.

POLARISThe beautiful design of the Polaris line features high quality stainless steel from the blade to its handles. It is dishwasher safe and holds a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

ULTRACORTEUltracorte line handles are made of polypropylene and Microban, which gives to the handle an anti-microbial protection, assuring for safety against bacteria in the kitchen and restaurant environments.

POLYPROPYLENEThe polypropylene handle knives feature high quality stainless steel blades and vary in handle designs, giving flexibility to your business to choose the what fits best on your table. Available in a variety of colours.

POLYWOODPolywood is a cure wood manufactured exclusively by Tramontina Brazil resistant to high temperatures, shock as well as being dishwasher safe. The Polywood line holds a five year warranty against manufacturing defects. Available in red and brown.
