OPENING PRAYER**Good and gracious Father, we thank you for this new month and for this new day in our lives. We come to give you our thanks and worship. Receive these moments as acts of worship that come from hearts that are truly grateful. As we open our lips in prayer, open our hearts to your word and open our lives to your cleansing, may we each one be drawn to become a little more like Jesus. Be glorified. Be honored. Take your rightful place as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

We pause on this Independence Day weekend and thank you for our beautiful Nation. We thank you for the gift and privilege of being part of our Nation’s history and story. We could have been placed anywhere else in the world, but you have placed us here and now in your divine purpose. Thank you for all who strove to make this ‘The land of the free and the home of the brave’. Bless. Protect. Prosper our Nation. Heal. Bind. Unite our Nation. Convict. Draw. Bring back our Nation. Reach. Touch. Save our Nation. May our Nation truly and without partiality be a land in which everyone has equal access to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Above all, draw our nation back to you. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

HYMN* flautists: Beth Sider & Sue Northey, pianists: Todd Davis & Keri McNelis

Lead on O King Eternal The day of march has come Henceforth in fields of conquestThy tents shall be our home Thro' days of preparation Thy grace has made us strong And now O King eternal We lift our battle song

Lead on O King Eternal Till sin's fierce war shall cease And holiness shall whisperThe sweet Amen of peace For not with swords loud clashing Nor roll of stirring drumsWith deeds of love and mercyThe heav'nly kingdom comes

Lead on O King Eternal We follow not with fearsFor gladness breaks like morning Where'er Thy face appearsThy cross is lifted o'er usWe journey in its lightThe crown awaits the conquestLead on O God of might

Seek ye first the kingdom of God And His righteousnessAnd all these thingsShall be added unto you Allelu alleluia

Man shall not live by bread alone But by ev'ry word That proceedsFrom the mouth of God Allelu alleluia

Ask and it shall be given unto you Seek and ye shall find Knock and the doorShall be opened unto you Allelu alleluia

SERMON His Kingdom is our priority (Scripture: Matthew 6:9) Pastor Arun

AN INVITATION TO THE LORD’S SUPPER Pastor: The Lord be with you. All: And with thy spirit. All : Almighty God, unto whom all hearts are open, all desires known, and from whom no secrets are hid: Cleanse the thoughts of our hearts by the inspiration of thy Holy Spirit, that we may perfectly love thee, and worthily magnify thy holy name; through Christ our Lord. Amen. WORDS OF ASSURANCE AND CONSECRATION All: We do not presume to come to this thy table, O merciful Lord, trusting in our own righteousness, but in thy manifold and great mercies. We are not worthy so much as to gather up the crumbs under thy table. But thou art the same Lord, whose property is always to have mercy. Grant us, therefore, gracious Lord, so to partake of this Sacrament of thy Son Jesus Christ, that we may walk in newness of life, may grow into his likeness, and may evermore dwell in him, and he in us. Amen.
