TRLTC acquired the rights to Nobles Nob and Juno assets in May
2018. Nobles Nob and Juno are located 15km south-east from
Tennant Creek.
The TCMF is renowned for its very high grade gold and
copper/gold mineralisation with 40% of all production having
been produced from these tenements.
Gold was first produced at Nobles Nob from underground in 1933
and continued until 1967 when the crown pillar collapsed.
Underground production totalled 828koz of gold from 528kt of
ore with a grade of 49g/t.
Nobles Nob was mined from open pit between 1969 to 1985
which produced 218koz of gold from 1.46Mt of ore with a grade
of 6g/t.
Juno was mined from underground from 1967 through to 1977
and produced 838koz of gold 408kt of ore with a grade of 60g/t.
Cube Consulting updated the Mineral Resource Estimates for
Juno, M10, Nobles Nob, Nobles Nob Tailings, Rising Sun and
Nobles Nob West (Nob West) in 2010;
Total Inferred Resources of 1.6 Mt @ 5.2g/t for 263koz
Tailings of 1.0Mt @ 0.4 g/t for 19.7 koz
Copper resource at Juno of 1.0Mt @ 0.5% Cu for 5.2kt Cu
(overlaps the gold resource)
Resources were classified as Inferred due to the lack of QA/QC
data available from historic drilling.
All Resources were depleted for historic mining which included
specific drilling to validate historic mining voids.

TRLTC Tennant Creek Summary

Nobles Nob Resources
Nobles Nob mineralisation is localised by multiple
ellipsoidal or pipe-shaped quartz hematite ironstone
lenses.
The mineralisation style is reminiscent of replacement
bodies that have formed aligned parallel to major
cleavage, discordant to bedding, within favourable
structures such as anticlinal fold axes, cleavage zones
or reverse shear zones
The Juno mineralisation is hydrothermal replacement
style located along shears, fold axes and competent
contacts. The mineralisation is localised by two main
magnetite rich bodies which occur at the top of a pipe-
like alteration zone that extends vertically downward,
cross-cutting the sediment package.
M10 deposit is located underneath the Juno deposit in the
same mineralised zone. No development has occurred at
M10. M10 drilling was done by Geopeko from four
underground drill locations located on the 900 level.

Warrego is located 50km north-west of Tennant Creek
and is accessed via a sealed road from the town.
The mine was developed in the 1970’s by Peko
Wallsend and at one time included a smelter and
town and produced copper, bismuth and gold.
The mine produced 1.2m oz gold, 80kt copper and
10kt bismuth and was one of the largest mines in the
TCMF.
The plant was refurbished in 2003 as a 300ktpa CIL
gold only facility and operated until 2005.
TRLTC acquired the Warrego Mill and underlying
tenements from Emmerson.
Warrego mill will be re-established as a central
processing facility for TRLTC’s resources, small mine
assets under JV with ERM and other 3rd party ores.
Power lines connect the site with diesel power
generation at Tennant Creek, alternatively power can
be generated on site. Only ~2MW of power is
required.
TRLTC and ERM are working with the NT government
to obtain approvals for the capital works and re-
establish operations on the site.

ERM’s detailed knowledge of the TCMF, dominant land holding including numerous resources, quality exploration focus, community connection and strong relationships with local authorities makes them perfect alliance partner for TRLTC.
The Warrego mill, access to ERM’s resource base combined with TRLTC’s resources and ERM’s experience with local approval regime significantly fast tracks and de-risks TRLTC’s gold production development plans.
Cash flow generated from the alliance will allow ERM to further their exploration efforts and potentially generate additional future ore feed for the Warrego mill.
Strategic Alliance Highlights as follows;
Agreement being finalised currently.
Sale of Emmerson’s Warrego Mill Lease to TRL for construction and commissioning of a Central Processing Facility.
Exploration JV over ERM’s southern tenements
Small Mines JV covering the defined resources in the Exploration JV area for which TRLTC is solely responsible for mine capital development costs and ERM share in a net profit interest.
Emmerson to continue its primary focus on its active exploration campaigns in Tennant Creek.
Small Mines JV include Chariot, Eldorado Deeps, West Gibbet, Malbec West, Black Snake, The Susan, Billy Boy, The Extension, Golden Forty and Golden Kangaroo. Only Chariot contains JORC defined Resources and the remainder will require additional definition and work before inclusion into a mine plan.

Mining is intended to be undertaken by contract mining for both open pit and underground
mining.
The TRLTC team are developing the future mining sequence including validation of the
resources and technical inputs. Ore haulage to the Warrego mill will be undertaken by
contract haulage utilising the existing road network. There is a sealed road to the mill site.
Prior to mining each deposit various technical studies would need to be completed including
resource definition drilling, metallurgical sampling, geotechnical review, hydrogeology,
waste rock characterisation and approvals.
