• Games will begin between 5pm-5:30pm.• Junior Varsity will play first, Varsity will follow. • Students may move between JV & Varsity Quick Recall depending on the
week and how they perform in practice. Mrs. Heming is trying to figure out the best combinations of students that work together to prepare for Governors Cup.
• On dates indicated with an asterick above, JV will do quick recall first while Varsity will test. Then, Varsity will play quick recall and JV will test. At the conclusion of both games, the top testers for each area will be announced.

Parent Cafe “The Adolescent Brain” Workshop for Parents
November 7th at 12 pm
The SWMS Youth Service Center will be collaborating with Brainspotting Therapist, Sarah Freeman to offer a parent workshop to understand the biology that causes “psuedo
craziness” in the adolescent brain. Sarah Freeman offers insight into the mind of the teenage brain. Understanding what is
happening neurologically is key to helping us better relate and respond to adolescents. Sarah shares guidance for families who
have experienced trauma as well as specializing in trauma resolution, anxiety and depression.
The Workshop will be held on November 7th at 12pm in the SWMS Youth Service Center. Lunch will be provided for all participants. If you plan to attend the workshop, please RSVP
by November 3rd to Mrs. Powell at 270-467-7520 or [email protected]. Space is limited, so
register today!
South Warren Middle School will be hosting its annual Veteran's Day Assembly on Friday, November 10th, from 7:30- 8:30am in the auditorium. If you, a family member, family friend, neighbor or anyone you know would like
to be honored at our program, please go to the link below to sign up and tell us about your service. If you are
unsure, feel free to show up even if you don’t fill out the form. We would like to have as many Veteran’s as possible.
