PREFACE
First of all I would like to give brief Idea about the preparation of
project report includes the information about production, marketing finance&
personnel department

BBA is a professional course of management Study and management
itself is an art. Art Involves the practice, therefore, it is necessary for us to know
practically how the business runs to fulfill the same purpose. A practical study has
been entered in this course, which involves the study of any organization and

In 1988 a small movement started in Rajkot (India) to manufacture antifriction
bearings with brand name TURBO. Initially TURBO bearings have started its activity
with manufacturing tapered roller bearings. Over the years TURBO has grown to
manufacture verities of bearings like:

The production department of the "TURBO” Company is under
Pareshbhai P. Patel. Turbo bearings offer a wide range of bearings for industrial and
automotive applications. Our aim is to maintain the Best quality of our products by
using prime material and adopting latest bearings manufacturing technology with

Productions process
In first process materials is shaped in required from by forging heat,
bearing and process in forgingplant.In forging stage races are made with 2 to 3
m.m.allowance for machines.
Forged rings are annealed in annealing furnace to get spheroids
homogeneous carbide structure. After proper annealing, the races are turned on lathe
machines. In turning process allowance is upon size of the bearing and parameter of
bearing. After turning process heat treatment is done.
Heat treatment is done on races. The heat treatment is done to harden
the material. After heat treatment the Materials maintained with 58 to 62 hardiness.
Further rings are super finish at race wage in minimize Frictional loss
and for smoother running ground rings are assembled with retainer & rollers in
assembling department. Assembled bearings one washed & oiled. Properly oiled
bearings are kept in pouch & corrugated box.

The area where "TURBO" company situated is not enough for company's
production and for storage, so they should expand for it.
Secondly. They are not advertising their product by any media. I think that to
