A Time I Messed Up

Mis-steps Failure Lesson Action Steps

Leading the next digital campaign by collaborating with two agencies. One of the first digital projects for this brand.

Forgot to loop in the internal digital team who overlooks all the major decisions on digital activities and budget allocations.

Received a stern talk from the digital team, who felt excluded and forgotten in the process.

Even if a project is being rushed, I must keep everyone informed not only for the best decisions but to maintain strong relationships.

Apologized to the digital team, caught them up on what they missed, asked for their feedback and included them in future comm.
