Pennine Juniors? 3 seasons

How long have you been managing a team? My 2nd year

What do you like most about managing a team? Seeing the children improve in

their ability.

What do you find challenging when managing a team? Finding new coaching

drills to improve everyone.

What has been your funniest/best/ most memorable moment? My best

memorable moment was our first victory last season.

Describe your team: Hardworking, fun and lots of character.

What are you focusing on in training? Defending the thing we need to improve

the most.

everyone played outstanding {w6-3}

What advice/tips would you give to young, up and coming footballers? Keep

focused in games and training and listen to the advice your coaches give you.
