UASystems SA, a "think tank" for unmanned and optionally piloted rotary wings (VTOL Vertical Takeoff and Landing) MTOW 300+ kg from the first idea to technology transfer in cooperation with strong partners based at the Swiss Aéropôle, Payerne, Switzerland. Together with our partners, we work with over 50 top experts from the areas of research and development, production, marketing, and certification on our own products and, in the future, for third-party products. As a unit, we also recommend ourselves to our customers and investors.

UASystems SA has more than 25 years of experience with drone technologies. UASystems SA offers an overview of holistic unmanned and optionally piloted rotary-wing aircraft, know-how in the design of a platform, a description of the drive systems, the definition of the autopilot, the GCS ground control station, and the data link. UASystems SA has a large network and relationships with leading global suppliers. There are close relationships with long-term partners and organizations to keep track of the state of the art. UASystems SA has developed its own projects such as the PROVISTA SOS Peyelot system. Work is currently underway on the SKT UAS-OPH, an optionally piloted helicopter with a payload of 300 kg, and on the eZELOS300, an electric VTOL drone for vertical take-off and landing with a revolutionary multi-fuel generator/ range extender.

The Centre for Aviation (ZAV) in Winterthur, Switzerland, works in an interdisciplinary manner and deals with complex issues in the aviation industry. ZHAW School of Engineering combines various technologies, methods and areas of knowledge with the aim of mastering the challenges of global mobility of the future and researching ways to make it more efficient and safer. Aerodynamics and flight mechanics teams are primarily concerned with the aerodynamic design of aircraft and the resulting optimization of flight and stability properties including augmentation systems. The Center for Aviation has competencies and methods in numerical flow calculations (CFD) and in the implementation of wind tunnel tests. Among other things, a low-speed wind tunnel developed at the Center for Aviation (ZAV) is available for this purpose. ZAV has also expertise in various professional branches of aviation including the development of training tools and methods that are intended to support and relieve people in their work. For example, the ReDSim research simulator is also used for research purposes in the area of human-machine interaction, for example for the use of speech recognition in the cockpit.

Systems integration and structural integrity This department focuses on the integration of complex systems in the field of technology and operations in aviation. Electrical systems play an increasingly important role in the development of new aircraft. These systems must be integrated in order to ensure safe air traffic operations.

The Company has continued to grow due to an innovative spirit, an effective response to customer requirements and commitment on the part of its employees. MECAPLEX transparency solutions are a standard in the aeronautics industry. Leading aircraft and helicopter manufacturers are among its clients. Description Aircraft, helicopter and VTOL glazings MECAPLEX produces mono- or complex multilayer transparencies for all types of aircraft and helicopters. We develop and produce innovative transparency solutions made of acrylic or polycarbonate with scratch-resistant coating. Also in multilayer design. Optional built-in heating system. MECAPLEX is also a key partner for maintenance, repair or replacement of transparencies. Customers and fleet operators in many countries rely on this service. Aerostrucutres Assemblies MECAPLEX is an experienced provider of manufacturing, assembly and inspection technologies for aircraft structural assemblies made of metal or composites. State-of-the-art light construction technologies are omnipresent in the aviation industry and are demanded in numerous segments. The composites comprise low weight with high stability and are increasingly replacing materials such as aluminium. Due to our long years of process competence in the composites segment, Mecaplex customers are provided with all services from the development idea to SOP all the way to the first components for serial production. All of this from a single source and now also with EN certification. As we produce our own tools, assembly facilities and assembly, we are able to reduce turn-around times between order placement and delivery. Everything from a single source! We cover all processes from development to certified assembly. Our clients define the scope of the products and services they choose to acquire. Take advantage of our know-how for your new products. Our experience is a valuable support in developing innovative and cost-effective solutions.

UASystems SA/SKT designed, developed, and produced the SKT helicopter from A to Z. For years SKT has been working closely with UASystems SA (joint venture) for the version SKT UAS-OPH that is currently being worked on, SKT UAS-OPH Optional Piloted Helicopter. SKT has qualified employees in aircraft mechanics. SKT maintains good relationships with suppliers and continuously researches the market to be on the cutting edge of technology. SKT delivers the helicopter ready to fly and with our other partners, the helicopter is converted to SKT UAS-OPH. SKT also offers the helicopter as a 2-seater version on the market. SKT will also assemble and test the eZELOS products in cooperation with our partners.

Propulsion System

Redundant Electric Engine • eZELOS300 relies on the first electric aircraft engine that can

almost perfectly fulfill the ideal of a fail-safe drive. • Two separate mechanical and electrical motors work without

any gear on one shaft, so that in case of failure of a motor train, the eZELOS300 can make a safety landing.

Generator

Small Battery packs

Lightweight BEETRON Generator • Small, lightweight and powerful with outstanding reliability

and efficiency. • Runs on all liquid and gaseous fuels. • In airport-mode, the aircraft runs on batteries, noiseless

and clean. In long distance flight-mode the low emission and efficient free piston engine can be started. While landing energy can be recuperated.
