Parents Fund
Tuition covers only 34% of in-state and 85% of out of state costs to educate your student. Contributions help
make up the gap.

An outdoor orientation
experience designed to
ease first year students’
transition into the UD
community and their
college experience.
As part of the First Year Experience (FYE), this
outdoor excursion provides students the unique
opportunity to connect with their new classmates in a
fun and challenging environment, allowing
them to learn more about themselves and to develop the confidence and skills they need to successfully navigate their first year at
UD.

students from diverse backgrounds through a one-day conference that includes introductions to employers

Provides all UD students with web-based access to the
700+ employers who participate in one or more of the 10 career fairs hosted by UD’s Career Services Center.

Sciences in a career/networking fair.
