CONSIDERATIONSINCLUDING COMPONENT LIFETIME.

Any work carried out on your Segura garment by a third party may invalidate the warranty. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at Segura’s discretion) of the garment and excludes consequen-tial loss or damages.

We source the highest quality components for use in our garments. However, no component will last forev-er. Varying levels of use will affect the lifespan of all components. In every case, a fair assessment will be made of the overall level of wear of the individual gar-ment based on the expert knowledge of our warran-ty team. Any charge made for a repair will be at the discretion of Segura based upon this fair assessment.The warranty period is not a guarantee of the mini-mum life of the product. Intensive use of the product may result in the garment being worn out before the warranty period expires.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM.

If you suspect that your product may have a defect, contact your supplying dealer without delay with de-tails of your registration or valid proof of purchase.

YOUR SEGURA CLOTHINGWe warranty everything we make. Under the Segura warranty, any manufacturing fault or material defect will be resolved free of charge within the warranty period subject to the following terms and conditions.

REGISTRATION AND PROOF OF PURCHASE.

To benefit from the extended UK 3-year warranty, your outer garment needs to be registered 30 days after the date of purchase. Please note that the ex-tended warranty only applies to our CE approved outer jackets and trousers. For the standard 1-year warranty, you will need to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase from an authorised UK & Ireland Segura dealer. The warranty starts from the date of purchase, only applies to the original garment owner and is non-transferable. (Gloves, boots, accessories and integrated products, e.g. protectors, are supplied with the standard 1-year warranty).

All our garments are manufactured to meet our ex-tremely high, quality and performance standards. However, even the most cared-for garments eventu-ally show signs of wear and tear. Accidents happen, moving parts wear out and fabrics fade with time and use. General wear and tear, misuse, neglect or acci-dental damage is not covered by the warranty. Textiles ȫ Check specific care instruction label for each

product. ȫ Remove protectors and any personal items

before washing. ȫ Hand wash in warm water following the bottle

instructions on the Storm Outdoor Clothing Wash which is ideal for garment care.

ȫ Drip-dry away from direct heat. ȫ Apply quick drying, spray Storm Clothing Proofer

for additional water repellence. ȫ Do not use bleach, do not iron, do not dry clean

and do not tumble dry.

Leather garments ȫ Use Storm Sponge On Soap and Storm Cleaning

Sponge to remove dirt, insects, etc. Test clean on a hidden area first.

ȫ Apply Storm Leather Cream and buff with a soft cloth. Check colour on hidden area first.

ȫ Do not wash and do not tumble dry.
