Terms & Conditions

Our Mission Ultrapure Technology, Inc. strives to provide the highest quality products at the most competitive prices. Customer satisfaction is paramount to the success of our business. Our goal is to provide quality products in a timely manner that exceeds the expectations of our customers.

Our payment terms are 1% 10, net 30 days from the invoice date. Title passes on to customer at the time goods enter mode of transportation. We will ship the least expensive way, unless a specific carrier is requested by the customer. No returns will be accepted without return authorization from Ultrapure Technology.

We will stand behind our Full One-Year Warranty on all items which Ultrapure Technology manufactures. On all distributed goods, we will pass along full manufacturer’s warranty.

HyFlex Foam’s knit liner and original foam nitrile coating combine to give workers near-bare-hand comfort and dexterity.

Foam nitrile coating helps reduce hand fatigue while providing maximum comfort and dexterity and channeling away oil from the surface of the gloves, providing a sure grip in light oil applications.

Detergents

A heavy-duty cleaner and de-greaser which offers an effective alternative to toxic and flammable solvent-based cleaners, such as acetone and isopropyl alcohol.

Filtered to 0.1 microns it is geared to semiconductor, electronics, aerospace and clean-build operations. It is non-flammable, bio-degradable, water soluble and effective at Low Concentrations and will remove grease, adhesives and most photo-resist stains.

Each module has an individual identification that allows the system controller or the remote control transmitter to address and control each emitter. The Gemini System’s flexibility allows easy positioning of emitter modules in the ceiling or where they are most needed in the cleanroom. The System is designed to minimize unidirectional airflow turbulence. It is available with SIMCO’s SiC emitters, the new standard for ultra-clean ionization.

Each emitter module contains emitter points, switching power supplies, and Microcontroller Intelligence, designed to maintain critical ion output and balance. Each module produces both positive and negative ions, which neutralize electrostatic charges in the work area.

Laminar Flow Equipment

The operation of a recirculating system is similar to that of a single pass unit.

The air is recirculated through a perforated work deck to a rear-mounted return air duct.

This returns the air to the blower intake where it is forced through the HEPA filter again and returned back to the clean zone.

Recirculating System

The design of the Clean Fume Hood-Exhaust includes a perforated work deck.

Ambient air enters the system at the top, pressurizes the blower plenum and then the clean air is forced through the HEPA filter with 99.99% effectiveness.

The air travels in a laminar flow down through the perforated work surface into the plenum area below and exhausts through the rear mounted exhaust duct to the outside of the central exhaust system as determined by the design.

The adjustable voltage regulator maintains a nominal 100 FPM air velocity.

Horizontal Flow Benches

Ambient air enters the pre-filter area and is forced through a HEPA filter, affording downward laminar flow through the clean zone.

The air is then exhausted out the front of the unit.

If necessary, the work deck can be perforated to allow air to pass directly through the unit and then out below the work deck.
