Aqua Burn Low impact, cardio/toning interval class using plenty of fun pool tools! FREE

Barbell BlastTone and strengthen while increasing the heart rate using barbells in this energy packed, body pump inspired class. Movements targeting the legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms and abs are choreographed to popular music. FREE

Body Rock Boot Camp

Rock your body with this full body workout! This class will target all major muscle groups using a variety of equipment, incorporating intervals of high intensity cardio training with strength training to leave you feeling exhausted and strong. FREE

Butts & GutsA fool proof way to shape and tone the lower body. Class uses a variety of fitness equipment to target the core & legs. This class is low impact. FREE

Cycle XThis class will simulate riding over various types of terrain; hills, flats, intervals and more. A great class for beginner or advanced cyclists. Participants may call (581-1082, press 1) or stop by the front desk up to 1 hour before class to reserve a bike and pass.

Gentle Yoga Learn the movement principles that form the foundation of yoga practice; breathing, relaxation, strength, flexibility, awareness and energy movement throughout the body.

HIIT It High Intensity Interval Training has been proven to get results in less time. This 30 minute high intensity interval workout will have you pouring sweat and asking for more! FREE

HIIT It + Core Our normal 30 minute HIIT IT class followed by 20 minutes of core exercise. Only have time for 30 minutes? You can still join us and step out when core starts. FREE

Mindful YogaLearn the principles of mindfulness through this relaxing 90 minute yoga class. This practice includes a body scan, breathwork, physical postures, readings, and relaxation. The focus of this class is on practicing mindfulness-based attentional skills that enhance awareness, intention, presence, strength, and flexibility.

Pilates Exercises emphasizing the deep core will strengthen your body, improve your mental and physical well-being, decrease pain, and improve posture.

Power Hour A high-intensity strength and cardio class that targets the entire body and core all in one hour! Utilize body weight exercises as well as functional training equipment. FREE

Stretched Out Match your fitness with flexibility. We will cover the whole body in a class that focuses on relaxing tight muscles through prolonged stretching. FREE

TGIF Yoga Get the most out of your week with a longer, 80 minute, Friday yoga practice, including standing poses, twists, balances, deep stretches and luxurious relaxation. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Totally Tubing Using resistance bands or tubes, and your own body weight this class will focus on strengthening every muscle group. A low impact class. FREE

TRX Triple ThreatA perfect blend of the TRX suspension training system, kettlebells, and cardio intervals for a full body functional workout. This class has stamina, strength, and core-what more could you ask for! 6 person limit.
