Description continued: under s h i r t roof; multipart brick parapet has corbeled brickwork; mission parapet w/ molded coping and building date and s h i r t roof w/ timber r a f t e r s , beams and paired brackets; loading platform is in south e l l on Martin Luther King; projecting piers distinguish bays on each elev.

Significance continued: since. The building i s also important as an out­standing local example of Mission Revival industrial/commercial architecture.

Area of Significance: ARCHITECTURE.
