Notes:

Fees paid are not refundable

The collection and administration of catering is solely in the

hands of service providers. Students will be expected to pay

directly to service providers for their meals. Details of catering

fees will be provided in the offer letter.

Those students scheduled for practicals and attachments will be

required to pay a contribution of MK50, 000.00 during practicals

and attachments. The University reserves the right to revise the

fees.

Payment of Fees

Fees may be paid in full or in three installments at the beginning,

middle and before the End of Semester Examinations.

Candidates must pay half of the semester fees for them to be

registered.

Only students who have paid fees and fulfilled the registration

requirements will be allowed to attend classes and access services

Prospective students are advised not to pay money to anyone

claiming to be a University of Livingstonia agent or its employee, or

asking them to pay fees through any other means than the University

bank accounts provided.

Stationery and Other requirements

Students are required to provide for their own stationery. Besides tuition

fees, students will be required to pay for internship and teaching

practice depending on their program of study. Fees for internship and

teaching practice will be communicated during registration.

Boarding and Lodging

All students who have been admitted under off-campus category are

required to make their own arrangements for accommodation,

transport, meals and general upkeep.

Original certificates and passport size photographs

All candidates are required to bring original copies of their certificates

and two passport size photographs for registration.

Admission Letters

The University will send admission letters to each candidate with details

regarding the admission and any other pertinent information.

Date of opening

Students will be required to arrive at their respective Campuses on 27th

and 28th August, 2018.
