1 Introduction The User Manual for Trainer (TR) – Applicant is designed to provide information on, how the new user can register as a trainer and how the trainer can view/edit the profile. The trainer can perform the following functionalities as listed below

• Registration o First Time Login o Trainer Registration Form

• My Profile

• Edit Profile

2 Registration The Registration section allows to register a new trainer. ➢ To Register, the new Trainer in the SDMS website do as follows.

To Navigate Home - - > Register

➢ Select User Type as a Trainer from the Choose your user group drop-down list.

➢ Click Register. ➢ The One Time Password (OTP) is shared on registered email ID and phone number of the trainer.

Click Login, the trainer will navigate to the Login screen

➢ The Verification screen appears as below.

➢ Enter Email OTP and Mobile OTP as received on the registered email ID and Mobile number. ➢ Click Verify & Save. The following message appears after verification of both Email and mobile OTP.

➢ Click Login Now, the trainer will navigate to the Login screen.

2.1 First Time Login The Login screen allows the trainer to log in to the trainer registration form. To Navigate Home - - > Login

➢ Enter Unique ID (User ID) and Password as received in an email. ➢ Click Login. The Change Password screen appears as follows.

Note: The new password should be at least of eight characters length, should also contain one upper case, one special character and one numeric.

➢ Click Reset & Re-login. After the successful update of the password, the message appears as follows.

➢ Click OK, to navigate to the Login screen.

2.2 Trainer Registration Form The Trainer Registration Form screen appears only on the first-time login and hosts four sections as mentioned below.

• Personal Information

• Contact & Address Details

• Education & Work Details

• Training Requests & Associations ➢ The Personal Information section allows the trainer to enter Personal details.

➢ The Personal Information section allows the trainer to enter the basic information details such as

Name of the Applicant, Gender, Date of Birth, Languages Known, Religion, Category, and Disability.

Note: If the trainer selects any disability, then the trainer should upload the proof of the document.

➢ The Aadhaar/ Pan Information and Photograph Info section, please enter aadhaar/ PAN information

and photograph info

➢ The Trainer can select either Aadhaar or PAN to provide the information. ➢ The Aadhaar Information section allows the trainer to add Aadhaar Number and to upload the

photo.

Note: The trainer can select either Aadhaar or PAN, as a proof document. ➢ The PAN Number section allows the trainer to upload the PAN document and to upload the photo.

➢ The Applicant Type Details section allows the trainer to enter applicant type details

➢ Select Applicant Category: Choose applicant category for the trainer from the lists as a trainer or as a

master trainer. Click Save & Next, to continue the registration.

➢ The Contact and Address Details section allows the trainer to enter contact and address details

➢ The Contact and Address Details section allows the trainer to enter the contact and address details of the applicant such as Mobile Number of Applicant, Email Address of the Applicant, Applicant Address, Nearby Landmark, Pincode, State/Union Territory, District/City, Tehsil/Mandal, and Parliamentary Constituency.

Click Save & Next, to continue the registration

➢ The Educational Details section allows the trainer to enter educational details such as Education

Attained, Details of Educations and allows to upload the supporting documents as proof.

➢ Upload Proof Documents: Upload the appropriate Upload Proof Documents. Click Browse to upload

the Upload Proof Documents. You can upload the only pdf, jpeg, png, jpg, and the maximum file size is five MB. Click Upload. Upon the upload, the message appears as filename.ext Uploaded Successfully.

➢ Click to add Education details: Click to add education details to view all the created educational details

based on the Education Attained Type, Details of Education, Proof document and Action.

➢ The Industrial Experience Details section allows the training to enter industrial experience details.

➢ Relevant Sector: Select the sector relevant to the industrial experience of the trainer from the drop-

down list. Note: Selecting Relevant Sector for Industrial Experience allows the trainer to add details related to the sector.

➢ Click Add Industrial Experience Details to add the details. The Added Industrial Experience Details lists all the added information along with the details such as Relevant Sector, Details of Experience, Details of Industries, and Proof Document.

➢ The Training Experience Details section allows the trainer to enter the training experience details.

➢ Relevant Experience Details: Select the sector relevant to the training experience of the trainer from

the drop-down list. Note: Selecting Relevant Sector for Training Experience allows the trainer to add details related to the sector.

➢ Click Add Training Experience Details to add the details. The Added Training Experience Details lists

all the added information along with the details such as the Relevant Sector, Details of Experience, Total Training Experience, and Proof Documents.

➢ The Curriculum Vitae / Resume Details section allows the trainer to add the curriculum vitae/resume

details.

➢ Upload Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume: Select the appropriate type of document which you provide

as an Address proof from the drop-down list. Click Browse, select the file and click Upload. You can upload only jpg, png, jpeg and pdf files. Click Save & Next, to continue the registration

➢ The Training Requests section allows the trainer to enter the basic preferred job role and preferred

location details.

➢ The Preferred Job Role section allows the trainer to select the Sector, Sub-Sector and Job Role. ➢ The Preferred Location section allows the trainer to select State/ Union Territory, District/ City, and

Sub-District/ Tehsil. ➢ Click Add Preference to add the details. The Added Location Preference Details lists all the preferences

along with the details such as Job Role Name (QP), Sector, Sub-Sector, State, District, and Sub-District.

Click Save & Next, to continue the registration ➢ The Declaration section, the organization should confirm the correctness of the information.

➢ Select I Agree, to confirm the correctness of the information.

Click Submit, thank you screen appears.

➢ Click Logout, to log out of the application.

➢ The View Applicant Details screen lists all the basic information of the applicant.

• Applicant Type ➢ The Personal Information section lists all the basic information of the applicant such as Name of the

Applicant, Gender, Religion, Date of Birth, Languages Known and Category.

The Education Details section displays the educational details of the applicant. The Added Industrial Experience Details section displays the industrial experience details of the applicant. The Added Training Experience Details section displays the training experience details of the applicant. The Training Requests section lists all the added preferences of the trainer. The Applicant Type section displays the type of applicant.

Note: Select the respective hyperlinks of the Educational Details, Added Industrial Experience Details and Added Training Experience Details to view the complete information.

4 Edit Profile The Edit Profile screen allows the trainer to add/edit the profile. To Navigate Home - - > Dashboard - - > My Profile - - > View Applicant Details - - > Edit Profile Details.

➢ The Edit Profile screen hosts four sections as listed below

• Personal Information

• Contact and Address

• Education and Work

• Training Requests

➢ The Personal Information section allows the trainer to edit the basic information of the applicant.

➢ The Personal Information section allows the trainer to edit the basic information such as Name of the

Applicant, Gender, Date of Birth, Languages Known, Religion, Category, and Disability (if any). The Aadhaar Information and Photograph Info section allows the trainer to edit aadhaar and photograph info such as aadhaar number and upload a new photograph. The Applicant Type Details section allows the trainer to edit the applicant type.

➢ Click Save Changes, to save the changes.

➢ The Contact and Address Details section allows the trainer to edit the contact details.

➢ The Contact and Address Details section allows the trainer to edit the contact and address details of

the applicant such as Mobile Number of Applicant, Email Address of Applicant, Applicant Address, Nearby Landmark, Pincode, State/Union Territory, District/City, Tehsil/Mandal, and Parliamentary Constituency.

➢ Click Save Changes, to save the changes and proceed.

➢ The Education and Work section displays the added educational details and industrial experience

details and also allows the trainer to edit/add the information for the same.

➢ The Training Requests section allows the trainer to edit the training requests details.

➢ Click Add Preferences, to add preferred job role and location.

➢ The Added Location Preferences Details section displays the Job Role Name (QP Code), Sector, Sub-

Sector, State, District, Sub-District and Action.

➢ Click Save Changes, the message appears as follows.

➢ Click OK.

5 Batches The My Batches section allows the applicant (trainer) to Search and Apply for a batch, View All Batch Details and Add or Remove Preference for ToT/ToA batches.

5.1 Search and Apply The Search and Apply section allow the applicant (trainer) to search and apply batches. To Navigate Home - - > Applicant Dashboard - - > Search & Apply

➢ The Search and Training Requests screen allows the trainer to search the required batch.

➢ The Search and Training Requests screen allows the applicant to search the batches on multiple

criteria such as State, District, Sub-District, Sector, Sub-Sector, Job Role, Batch Type, Batch Start

Date, Batch End Date and Training Centre Name.

Click Search, the lists of batches appear. ➢ The Search Results section lists all the batches that matches the search criteria along with the details

such as Batch ID, Batch Type, Job Role Name (QP Code), State, District Start Date - End Date and allows

the applicant to apply for the batch.

Select Apply to the Batch under Action, the message appears as follows.

➢ Click OK.

5.2 View Batch Details

The View Batch Details section allows the applicant (trainer) to view batch details. To Navigate Home - - > Applicant Dashboard - - > View Batches - - > My Batches - - > Action - - > View Details.

➢ The My Batches screen allows the applicant (trainer) to view all the batches.

➢ The Applicant (Trainer) can also search a particular batch on the basis of Batch Type, State, District

and Batch ID.

Click Apply, to search the particular batch. ➢ The My Batches screen lists all the batches along with the details such as Batch ID, Batch Type,

Location, Job Role Name (QP Code), Current Status, Status Action Date and Action.

➢ The Batch Details screen displays the information about the batch such as Batch ID, Batch Type,

Sector, Batch Fee, Batch Name, Batch Date and Sub-Sector.

➢ The Training Centre Details section displays the information about the training centre such as Name

of Training Centre, Mobile Number, Center Address, Pincode, State/Union Territory,

City/Tehsil/Mandal, Training Partner, Email ID, Nearby Landmark, District and Parliamentary

Consistency.

➢ The Domain Job Role section displays the information about the domain job role such as Job Role

Code, Job Role, Training Dates, Master Trainer Name (ID), Assessment Dates and Assessment Agency

Name (ID).

➢ The Platform Job Role section displays the information about the platform job role such as Job Role

Code, Job Role, Training Dates, Master Trainer Name (ID), Assessment Dates and Assessment agency

Name ID.

➢ The Fee Payment Details screen displays the amount of fee paid.

5.3 Add Training Requests The Add Training Requests section allows the applicant (trainer) to add training requests for ToT/ToA.

To Navigate Home - - > Applicant Dashboard - - > Search & Apply - - > Training Requests - - > Add Training Requests.

• Preferred Location ➢ The Preferred Job Role section allows the applicant (trainer) to select the Sector, Sub-Sector and the

Job Role.

➢ The Preferred Location section allows the applicant (trainer) to select the State, District, and Sub-

District for the location.

Click Add Training Requests, the message appears as follows.

➢ Click OK, to navigate to the Training Requests screen.

5.4 Remove Training Requests

The Remove Training Requests section allows the applicant (trainer) to remove training requests. To Navigate Home - - > Applicant Dashboard - - > Search & Apply.

➢ The Training Requests screen allows the trainer to add or remove the training requests.

To Navigate Home - - > Applicant Dashboard - - > Search & Apply - - > Training Requests - - > Action - - > Remove Training Requests.

➢ The Training Requests screen lists all the added preferences of the applicant along with the details of

preferences such as Job Role Name (QP Code), Sector, Sub-Sector, State, District, and Sub-District.

➢ Select Remove Training Requests, the following message appears.

➢ Click Yes, delete it!, the message appears as follows.

➢ Click OK, to remove the training requests of the applicant.

6 Add Payment The Add Payment section allows the applicant (trainer) to add payment details for ToT/ToA. To Navigate Home - - > Applicant Dashboard - - > View Batches - - > My Batches - - > Action - - > Add payment Details.

➢ The My Batches screen allows the applicant (trainer) to view all the created batches.

➢ The Applicant (Trainer) can also search a particular batch on the basis of Batch Type, State, District

and Batch ID.

Click Apply, to search the particular batch. ➢ The My Batches screen lists all the batches along with the details such as Batch ID, Batch Type,

Location, Job Role Name (QP Code), Current Status, Status Action Date and Action.

➢ The Batch Details screen displays all the basic batch information such as Batch ID, Applicant ID,

Batch Name and Applicant name.

➢ The Payment Details section allows the applicant (Trainer) to enter the details of the payments such

as Mode of Payment, Bank Name, Reference Number, Date of Payment, Amount and allows the

applicant (trainer) to enter the additional comments.

➢ Click Submit, the message appears as follows.

➢ Click OK, to navigate to My Batches screen.

7 Provide Feedback The Provide Feedback section allows the applicant (trainer) to provide feedback. To Navigate Home - - > Applicant Dashboard - - > View Batches - - > My Batches - - > Action - - > Provide Feedback.

➢ The My Batches screen displays all the created batches for ToT/ToA

➢ The Applicant (Trainer) can search any particular batch on the basis of Batch Type, State, District

and Batch ID.

Click Apply, to search for a particular batch. ➢ The My Batches screen lists all the created batches along with the details such as Batch ID, Batch

Type, Location, Job Role Name (QP Code), Current Status, Status Action Date and Action.

• Assessor Name 2 ➢ The Batch Details screen displays all the basic information such as Batch ID, Batch Date, Batch Name

and Batch Type.

➢ The Sector Skills Council section allows the applicant to provide feedback on the extent of Learning,

extent of knowledge/Skill Improvement, Content quality of study material and to add the comments

for the same.

➢ The Master Trainer Name 1 section allows the applicant to provide feedback on Knowledge of

Subject, Presentation Style, shared practical application examples, and to add the comments for the

same.

8 Download Marksheet The Download Marksheet section allows the applicant (trainer) to download marksheet. To Navigate Home - - > Applicant Dashboard - - > View batches.

➢ The Download Marksheet option allows the applicant (trainer) to download the certificate for the

completed batches.

To Navigate Home - - > Applicant Dashboard - - > View batches - - > My Batches - - > Action - - > Download Marksheet.

➢ The Applicant (Trainer) can download the marksheet for both Domain QP and Platform QP.

➢ To download marksheet click ellipse button and select Download Marksheets. The marksheet will

get downloaded and saved in Downloads folder of the logged in the system.

➢ The Mark Sheet screen displays the name of the applicant, job role, and training dates. Also displays

the NOS Code, NOS Name, NOS Type, Maximum Marks and Marks obtained by the applicant.

9 Download Certificate The Download Certificate section allows the applicant (trainer) to download the certificate. To Navigate Home - - >Applicant Dashboard - - > View batches.

➢ The Download Certificate option allows an applicant (trainer) to download the certificate for the

completed batches.

To Navigate Home - - > Applicant Dashboard - - > View Batches - - > My Batches - - > Action - - > Download Certificate

➢ The Applicant (Trainer) can download the certificate only for the Domain QP.

➢ To download the certificate, click the ellipse button and select Download Certificate. The certificate

will get downloaded and saved in Downloads folder of the logged in the system.

➢ The Certified Trainer Certificate section displays the Name of the Applicant, Qualification Pack

Name, and Training Dates.

10 View Certificate Requests The View Certificate Requests screen allows the trainer to view all the certificate requests. To Navigate Home - - > Applicant Dashboard - - > View Certificate Requests - - > Certification - - > Certificate Requests/Approved Certificates.

➢ The Certification screen displays all the certificate requests and approved certificate.

➢ The Certification screen hosts two sections as listed below,

• Certificate Requests

• Approved Certificate ➢ The Certificate Requests section displays all the pending requests details such as Sector Skill Council,

Job Role Name (QP Code), User Type, Certificate ID, Valid Till, Status and Action. ➢ The Approved Certificates section displays all the approved certificates details such as Sector Skill

Council, Job Role Name (QP Code), User Type, Certification ID, Valid Till, and Grade.

➢ Click Add Certification, to Add Existing Certification.

➢ The Add Existing Certification section allows the trainer to enter details of the existing certification

such as Sector, Sub Sector, Job Role (QP Code), Training Model, State, District, Certificate ID, Certificate Issued On, Valid Till Date, Domain Percentage, Platform Percentage, Upload Certificate and Remarks to SSC.

➢ Click I Agree, to agree - I/We hereby declare and confirm that certification information provided

above is true and to the best of my knowledge.

➢ Click Save, the following message appears
