I. Introduction

Welcome to the smart interactive conferencing whiteboard. Designed for modern

conference rooms, this product supports smooth writing, easy erasing and projection

function. Its embedded multi-control function will bring fun and convenience to your

conference and work.

Replacing the ordinary whiteboard in conference rooms is one purpose of this

product.

A pen and a blackboard eraser are provided with the product. Under Android writing

program, you can write with the pen and erase with the blackboard eraser directly without

any other operation. If they are beyond your reach, ask your fingers and fists for

temporary help.

Replacing the projector in conference rooms is another purpose of this product.

This product provides the HDMI port and VGA port for you to connect PC. A VGA

cable is provided with the product. You can click the first icon on the right side of the main

interface to switch to the required channel. When projection is used, the projected

contents can be annotated and saved freely.

With the built-in OPS computer, this product provides flexible options for you.

The multi-screen interactive software is integrated into this product. You can connect

smartphones, touchpads and PCs to this product anytime and anywhere. No separate

switching or setting is required.

All functions of this product are touch-enabled. A remote control is provided with the

product, so you can change channels remotely when watching TV programs. TV channels

can be also changed on smartphones.

Statement

This product supports the Airplay Mirror Protocol in the following network environments

only:

1. The wired network connection to this product via 5.8G router;

2. The WiFi network connection to the iPhone, iPad and Mac via 5.8G router.

II. Safety Warnings

Before using the product, please read this Manual carefully and keep it for future

reference.

Placement

Do not put the product on any unsteady surface with a risk of inclination or fall.

Keep the product away from direct sunlight, other strong light sources, electric heater

and other heat sources.

Do not put the product beside any device with strong radiation.

Do not put the product in any place with moisture, liquid drops or liquid splashes.

Do not insert any object into the product.

Do not put any heavy object on the product.

Power Supply

Comply with the voltage requirements specified on the nameplate on the back

housing.

Disconnect both the power cord and antenna on thunderstorm and lightning days.

Disconnect the power cord if the product is about to be kept unattended or idle for

long.

Protect the power cord against physical and mechanical damage.

Use the attached power cord only. Do not modify or extend it.

Make sure the ground lead of the AC power cord is connected to the screen.

Do not use any hard or sharp object instead of the pen.

Disconnect the power cord before cleaning the product.

Use a clean dry soft cloth to clean the screen.

Do not use water or spray cleansers to clean the product.

Contact our Customer Service Center for internal cleaning.

Do not display any high-brightness image on the screen for long.

Viewing Distance

The best distance between the eyes of viewers/listeners and the screen is the screen

diagonal times 5~7.

The best viewing angle (left/right and up/down) between the eyes of viewers/listeners

and the screen is ≤176°.

Temperature

Do not put the product beside any electric fire or radiator.

After moving the product from a low-temperature place to a higher-temperature place,

please wait a while for the purpose of full de-condensation before powering it on.

Humidity

Do not expose the product to rain, moisture or water.

Keep the room dry and cool.

Ventilation

Considering heat dissipation, please put the product in a well-ventilated place.

Left, right and back ventilation space: ≥10cm; top ventilation space: ≥20cm.

Standby

The POWER key on the remote control and front panel cannot power off the product

but enable its standby state.

IV. Startup

1. Power On

Connect the power cord. Turn the rocker switch on the lower left side from “O” to “—”

to turn on the power and enable the standby state, and the power indicator at the lower

right corner of the front housing will be turned on (in red).

Press the trigger key at the lower right corner of the front housing to turn on the

product with the power indicator changing from red to blue.

2. Power Off

2.1 Standby

Press the trigger key at the lower right corner of the front housing to trigger the

power-off process.

Then, the product will auto switch to the built-in OPS computer channel if such

channel is available and trigger the shutdown signal of the computer. Within 5s after the

computer is shut down, the product will auto enter the standby state with the power

indicator changing to red.

2.2 Power Off

In case of an error, you can use the rocker switch on the lower left side to turn off the

power directly.

This operation is not recommended for models with a built-in OPS computer, because

it may damage the built-in OPS computer and Windows system.

V. Main Interface

Turn on the product to enter the above main interface or the OPS computer interface

(for models with the OPS computer). You can perform operations at the OPS computer

interface directly or use the shortcut menu on the right side to return to the Android main

interface.

Click to display more APP icons from left to right. Click an APP icon to start the

APP. Swipe left or right to turn the page if necessary.

2. Writing

Click to enter the writing mode.

2.1 Settings

Click to pop up the submenu and set the pen size, pen color and

background color.

2.2 Undo, Redo and Clean

In writing mode, you can click the relevant icons to undo or redo your writing, or swipe

to clean the screen.

2.3 Gestures

The writing mode on Android supports one-point writing and two-point zooming and

roaming.

Use the blackboard eraser or the back of your hand to erase your writing.

2.4 New Page and Page Switching

Click to create a new page.

Click to switchto the previous page.

On the first page, click it to switch to the last page.

Click to switch to the next page.

On the last page, click it to switch to the first page.

2.5 Hide Writing and Insert Screenshots

Click to minimize the writing mode and enter the writing hide mode as shown

below.

Click to take a screenshot and auto insert it into the last writing page.

Click to return to the writing mode.

The screenshots have already been inserted one after another following the last

writing page. You can write annotations for them.

2.6 Save

Click to select a save mode for your writing: Local, U-disk or Phone.

: save your writing as picture to the local space.

: save your writing as picture to the U-disk.

Click to generate a QR code for your writing so that it can be scanned and

downloaded on phones. Click to select a WAN link or LAN link for scanning the

QR code. In case of LAN link, the phones should share the same LAN with this product. In

case of WAN link, both this product and the phones should be connected to the Internet,

but the sharing of the same LAN is not required.

2.7 Exit Writing

After saving your writing, click to exit the writing mode.

2.8 Annotation Mode

Click to enter the annotation mode when viewing pictures, playing videos,

using Office documents or watching channels with external signal source.

Click to enter the file explorer.

The local files or U-disk files are auto classified as Pictures, Music, Movies and

Documents.

*Auto switch based on signal detection: the product will auto switch to the relevant

channel once an external signal is detected.

Click to adjust the volume.

Click to return to previous menu or exit the current APP.

Click to enter the writing mode or annotation mode.

Click to hide the shortcut menu.

5. Settings

Click to enter the Settings menu. You can set the network, language and other

items.

5.1 Wi-Fi

Display the currently available WiFi signals.

5.2 Ethernet

The WiFi network will be auto disconnected once a wired network is connected.

* When there is no available network environment, the product can provideportable

devices with an access point for WiFi connection.

5.3 Display

Set the desktop wallpaper.

5.4 Language & Input

Select a system language and set user-installed input methods.

VII. Use of OPS Computer

1. Built-in OPS Computer

For models equipped with a built-in computer, it will enter the computer interface

when turned on.

The shortcut menu on the right is hidden. You can touch the computer interface to

perform operations.

Click the left triangle icon on the right side or swipe from right edge to left on the

screen to show the shortcut menu.

Now the touch focus is located on the sidebar. No touch command will be passed to

the built-in computer. To continue to operate the built-in computer, click the right triangle

icon in the shortcut menu to hide the shortcut menu so that the touch focus will come back

to the built-in computer interface.

2. External Computer

Use a HDMI cable to connect the external computer to HDMI1 or HDMI2 for

audio/video transmission.

Use a double-male USB cable to connect to the USB port of the external computer

and the USB port (above the OPS port) on the left side of the product for data uploading.

Other operating steps are the same as those for built-in computer.

3. PPT Page Turning by Remote Control

You can use the remote control to turn pages when playing a PPT file at the Android

interface, built-in computer interface or external computer interface.

VIII. Multi-screen Interaction Function

1. Client Installation

The product supports LAN-based wireless mirroring without projection onto devices

via VGA cable or HDMI cable. Install the multi-screen interaction client onto the Android

system and Windows PC first:

Enter the IP address of the product in the web browser to visit the client download

page, select the relevant platform and download the installation package (note that the

device downloading the installation package shall be on the same LAN and network

segment with the product).

2. AirPlay Mirroring

(The AirPlay mirroring function requests high network quality. Use this function

only if the product is connected to the wired network and the mobile device is

connected to the WiFi network via 5.8G router.) The iPhone, iPad or Mac on the

same LAN with this product can use this built-in AirPlay function of iOS for

mirroring.

Connect the Windows PC to the WiFi hotspot of this product or keep it on the

same LAN with this product. Start the mirroring software on the PC and click

“Search Device” to display all smart interactive conferencing whiteboards on the

current LAN in the device list.

Select a device and click “Start Mirror” to display the information on the PC onto

the selected product as shown below.

3. File Push

The icon “ ” can be found after the client is installed onto the phone.

Click the EShare icon to start the EShare APK and enter its main interface.

Select “Files” to display all files saved on the phone and click a file to push it onto

the smart interactive conferencing whiteboard.

You can perform touch operations to such file on the smart interactive

conferencing whiteboard. If it is an Office document, you can even modify and

save it.

4. Remote Control

Click the EShare icon to start the EShare APK and enter its main interface.

Select “Wireless Control” to enter the wireless control interface.

Wireless control interface: the touch area is indicated by the red box and

supports both the mouse mode and touch mode.

(1) Mouse mode: support the click and fast move operation, but writing is not

supported.

(2) Touch mode: support the click, slow move and writing operation.

Air mouse: use the phone as mouse to operate the smart interactive

conferencing whiteboard.

Click the EShare icon to start the EShare APK and enter its main interface.

Select “Air Mouse” to enter the following interface:

Use the phone to start any APP on the smart interactive conferencing

whiteboard:

(1) Start the EShare APK and select “Wireless Control”.

(2) Click “APP List” to view all APPs.

(3) Click an APP to start it.

5. TV Mirroring

TV mirroring: display the information on this product onto the phone and use the

phone to control this product.

Mirroring steps: start the EShare APK on the phone and select “TV Mirror”.

Perform touch operations on the phone, and this product will respond to them.

6. Wireless Camera

This product can be used as a mobile video presenter: the videos/photos shot by

the phone can be displayed on this product in real time via the WiFi network. The

product supports such further operations as screenshot and annotation.

IX. Maintenance

Proper maintenance can prevent many early faults. Regular careful cleaning can

keep the product in new look. Before maintenance and cleaning, please disconnect the

power cord to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Clean the Screen

1. Dip a soft cloth in medical alcohol.

2. Use such cloth to clean the screen.

3. Do not use too much medical alcohol, or

it may flow into the product.

Clean the Front Housing

Use a dry soft lint-free cloth to clean the front housing.

Before Keeping the Product Idle for Long

Disconnect the power cord to avoid the danger caused by lightning and other power

fluctuations if the product is about to be kept idle for long (for example, during long

holidays).
