3.2 Cautions on installation

4

Ignition key should be taken off before starting installation, interface power connection must be the last step in installation.

Power cable should be separated when connecting interface.

Should be no any electronic devices or magnetic pole around installation place.

All steps of installation should be done by well-trained specialist.

Dismantling without manufacturer’s permission can not be guaranteed, (No permission to break attached label on the board.)

Kindly check all parts are in the box, when receiving the product, if anything missing, inform to the supplier or manufacturer.

According to our sales policy, any problems caused by user’s mistake, careless can not be guaranteed.

3.3.1 Install(7inch)

① First of all, divide the monitor from the head unit as shown above.

1. Separating monitor, connecting offered FFC cable

② After unplugging original FPC cables from LCD board, connect offered FFC cable that the marked point as shown above.

③ Assemble the monitor to its original condition and screw the marked points on the side of monitor as shown above.

① In the picture above, Put the bracket on the LCD board, and pull out the FFC cable through bracket’s hole. And assemble bolts that marked points as shown above.

3.3.1 Install(7inch) 2. Connecting LVDS, Touch, original FPC Cables to offered Sub-board

② Put the Sub-board on the bracket, and connect offered LVDS, Touch, FFC cables to Sub-board and screw the marked points as shown above. Car-S

3.3.2 Install(5inch)

① First of all, divide the monitor from the head unit as shown above.

② Unplug the original FPC cables from LCD

board, and divide the LCD board from the bracket as shown below.

1. Separating monitor, Connecting LVDS, Touch, FPC cable to offered Sub-board

③ Put the offered Sub-board on the bracket, and connect the offered LVDS, TOUCH, original FPC cable to Sub-board.

① Connect the offered FFC cable to LCD board and the offered Sub-board that marked points as shown above.

2. Connecting FFC cable, and assembling the bolt

② Put the LCD board on offered sub-board, and screw the marked points as shown above.

3.3 Installation 3. Connecting touch screen cable and navigation touch cable

② Connect the offered “TOUCH” cable to the connector of touch screen. And connect the opposite end of it to “TOUCH” of the sub-board.

① Connect the offered TOUCH OUT cable to “TOUCH OUT TO NAVI” of the interface. Then connect the opposite end of it to the touch cable of navigation system.
