With a love for Mexican food, Kip Aszman and Greg Hawley started Agave Grill. Their goal was to create a place for family and a casual restaurant with fresh food made from scratch.

One of Agave Grill’s signature dish is the Pescado Carbon. Mahi Mahi, jumbo shrimp and scallops, marinated in a lime oil and garlic baked on a cast iron skillet in our chamber oven, served with lime infused butter and pickled vegetables make up one incredible entre at Agave Grill. The mango salsa on top adds a unique seafood experience that can’t be missed. This seafood meal creates the atmosphere of sitting at a cantina off the coast of Puerto Vallarta.

Silverado Portland Jewelry is a boutique store at Bridgeport Village with handmade jewelry by local and nationwide artists. After being a jewelry rep for a couple years, Jackie Lamb decided that owning her store would be a great new adventure. Jackie’s dream became a reality about 5 years ago when she purchased Silverado Portland Jewelry on NW 23rd. Shortly after she decided to move the location to Bridgeport Village, and never looked back. Jackie loves her new location because “it’s like being a part of a community... This is the family hang out spot for people in the area.”
