Arlington Public Schools Career Center Condition Assessment Arlington, Virginia Facility Engineering Associates (FEA) was contracted to provide consulting services to accomplish over 700,000 square feet of condition assessments between three Arlington Public schools in Virginia. The aggressive schedule to meet budgetary and bond scheduling commitments included field assessment work of major components and the development of 10 year capital renewal plans for the Career Center as well as a large high school and middle school. The results were used to develop and justify budgets and to recommend interim projects in light of major deferred school renovations that allow the schools to continue to operate until the extended planned renovations were funded.
