N owadays, wedding planning is one of the industries in México at its peak and showing a fast-paced growth. Brides

mantiene un ritmo de crecimiento acelerado. Las novias siempre han soñado con tener una ceremonia espectacular, inolvidable y, para ello, existen los asesores que sirven de guías para que las parejas enamoradas tengan el mejor día de sus vidas al contraer nupcias. La Secretaría de Turismo indicó que normalmente Puebla recibe al año 6 millones de turistas y que, para el 5 de mayo, el índice crecerá de manera importante, lo que sin duda fortalecerá la economía local. Por tal motivo, las autoridades se preparan para reimpulsarlo

como uno de los destinos más atractivos de México en este 2012. Asimismo, se ponderó la gestión del Gobernador Moreno Valle para que Puebla tenga una mayor conectividad aérea y de turismo.

The Secretariat of Tourism noted that Puebla usually receives 6 million tourists every year, and that on May 5th, the rate will grow impor-tantly, which will undoubtedly strengthen local economy. For this, it is about to be relaunched

Por ello, este año trabajarán únicamente sobre una veintena de bodas en diferentes puntos del país, pero lo harán a lo grande, para posteriormente acrecentar esta meta. “Durante este 2012 nos vamos a concentrar únicamente en 25 bodas, y el próximo año pretendemos crecer y llevar a cabo entre 40 y 50. I n order to widen the offers in cutting-edge medical equipment in our country and strengthen the competitiveness of the economy, Secretary

of Health Salomón Chertorivski Woldenberg announced the Equivalence Agreement on Medical Devices between México and Japan. The head of Health noted that the Equivalence Agreement will allow Mexican patients to import cutting-edge medical devices quickly to treat many illnesses related to oncology, arterial hypertension, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, traumatology, cardiology, and neonatology, among others.

Upon announcing the Agreement in the presence of Lorenza Martínez, Deputy Secretary of Industry and Commerce for the Secretariat of Economy, Japan’s ambassador in México Shuichiro Megata, and the head of the COFEPRIS Mikel Arriola, the Secretary of Health declared that the Mexican health authority will recognize the registry of medical devices issued by the Japan health authority, which will expedite import procedures, attract investments, increase the competitiveness of the economy, and create jobs.

El titular de Salud destacó que el Acuerdo de Equivalencia va a permitir a pacientes mexicanos importar de manera expedita dispositivos médicos con tecnología de punta para el tratamiento de diversas enfermedades relacionadas con la oncología, hipertensión arterial, neurocirugía,

oftalmología, traumatología, cardiología y neonatología, entre otras. Al anunciar el Acuerdo, en presencia de la Subsecretaria de Industria y Comercio de la Secretaría de Economía, Lorenza Martínez; el embajador de Japón en México, Shuichiro Megata, y el titular de la COFEPRIS, Mikel Arriola, el Secretario de Salud afirmó que la agencia sanitaria de México reconocerá los registros de dispositivos médicos que emita la agencia sanitaria de Japón, lo que agilizará los trámites para su importación, traerá inversiones, elevará la competitividad de la economía y generará más empleos.
