First ProtectorOur First Protector product is a supplemental homeownersinsurance program that pays valuable benefits typically notcovered in one’s homeowners policy.

First Protector helps alleviate the financial hardship that adevastating disaster can bring by paying:

• The monthly mortgage payment for up to two years,regardless of all other insurance, includinghomeowners, if a customer’s home is uninhabitable formore than 48 hours.

• The mortgage balance if the land where the home islocated is condemned or judged permanentlyuninhabitable.

• A homeowners deductible reimbursement up to $1,000, up to a maximum of 2 losses in a consecutive12 month period.

• Up to $1,000 Emergency Cash to further assist withany additional expenses a customer may incur as aresult of being displaced from their home due to acovered loss.

• Involuntary Unemployment Insurance pays themortgage payment, or a portion thereof, in the eventone becomes involuntarily unemployed.

• Additional optional service benefits can be offered,which include: Contractor Emergency Assistance,Contractor Referral Service, Reviews of ContractorQuotes and Emergency Messaging.

Accidental Death and Disability InsuranceAn insurance product that provides valuable benefits if acustomer is seriously injured or dies due to an accident.Multiple coverage amounts are available.

Our Accidental Death (AD) product suite includes multipleproduct variations with different price points and benefits thathave proven to have different appeal to different subsets of aportfolio. Our AD products help alleviate the financial burdenresulting from an accidental death by offering several benefitamount options that can be chosen by the insured, along withfamily coverage available to include both spouses and children.

Mortgage-related Life InsuranceAn insurance product that provides valuable benefits if acustomer dies due to any event.

Our Life Insurance Plans are designed to provide financialsecurity to our customers in the event of a death. Our plans paythe outstanding loan balance or $300,000, whichever is less in theevent the single or joint insured’s dies due to a covered event. Inaddition, some of our plans feature a Living Benefit, whichprovides an advanced lump-sum cash payment of up to 50% ofthe loan balance, if the customer is diagnosed as terminally ill.

The Account Executive serves as the intermediary between ourbusiness partners and the various functional areas withinAssurant Specialty Property. The Account Executive worksdirectly with the client to understand all of their business needsand requirements to ensure their goals are met and exceeded.

Campaign Managers supervise and coordinate the overallexecution of all campaigns across the board. CampaignManagers work with our Account Executives to coordinate theimplementation phase of each campaign and manage thecreative process including development of marketingmaterials and all compliance, legal state-filing, andoperational reviews.

In addition, they also develop the campaign plans, campaignproduction schedules, creative strategies, tactics andcollaborate with our direct marketing analysts to define themost suitable modeling and contact management strategy forour clients.
