We are a new media production company based in Bucharest, Romania, comprised of young, like

minded individuals, in the search for bringing a new and fresh approach to your projects. We focus on

feature films, commercials and documentaries, not to mention the new technologies such as Virtual

Reality & Augmented Reality. We strive to deliver nothing but the best quality, by focusing all our

effort on extensive research, creative solutions and new technologies, all tailored to each specific

bring together the people and tools needed to produce something truly unique and spectacular.

The Romanian government has an important role in the new State Aid Scheme for film and television productions. The plan authorizes a 35% CASH REBATE from the Romanian Spent and 10% extra for promoting Romania in an explicit way. A Cash Rebate of 50% is also A Cash Rebate of 50% is also available for withholding taxes due in respect of all foreign cast and crew part of the Romanian budget.

The rebate plan is valid for the following formats:

·Feature films ·Medium and short fiction films ·Internet and any other media platforms films ·TV series ·Direct-to-video ·Documentaries and animated films.

To qualify for the State Aid Scheme, the Romanian expenditure should exceed a minimum of €100,000 but no more than 80% of the total production budget. Each project may request up to 10M€ cash rebate. The total annual budget accounts for 50M€ and is granted on a first-come, first served basis.

To conclude, eligible projects can claim back 35% of the eligible expenses incureligible expenses incurred in Romania to which a 10% bonus may apply if the production expressly promotes Romania (e.g. Romanian landmarks, regions, cities, traditions, etc).

Eligible projects include: mini-series, feature films, TV series, animations, documentaries, on any media platform, but with the exception of commercials, soap opera and talks show.

We provide the key management during the daily operations of a feature film, advertisement film, television film, or an episode of a TV program, but also the human resources and handling of any problems that come up during production.

During pre-production our responsibilities include supervising the assembly of the shooting company, recruitment of key personnel and services, and pproduction organization for how to shoot the script and transform it into a movie. We monitor the budget in the lead up to picture.

Film production generally follows a rigorous schedule so we make sure to facilitate all casting, location scouting, set building and decorating, offices and facilitate all casting, location scouting, set building and decorating, offices and stages, wardrobe, props, stunts, physical and visual effects, camera, lighting, rigging, transportation, cast, crew and union relations, travel, cast and crew accommodation, contracting of legal permissions and agreements, safety and risk management, prep and shooting schedule. In short, we oversee the joint planning, negotiation, implementation and accounting of the production.

Known for its picturesque appearance, Romania offers a unique range of land-scapes, from rolling hills, valleys, forests and large open fields, to the breath-taking Carpathian Mountains and the Black Sea. There’s no shortage of spectacular, cinematic locations and beautiful cities with unique architecture, ranging from perfectly preserved medieval architecture, to multi-architectural cities like the capital city of Bucharest

We believe that location scouting is a vital process in the pre-production stage of filmmaking and commercial photography. For Projects that are shot outside of the studio, the search for a suitable place or "location" outside is a key point for making the project stand out. We always look for spectacular or interesting locations beforehand and have a database of locations in case of requests.

When proposing a location we take in consideration many factors such as:ooverall aesthetic | financial cost to production | logistic feasibility including but not limited to distance from base of operations or other scheduled loca-tions | availability of parking and facilities at a minimum reach | availability of electrical power or feasibility of bringing in generators for lights and electrical equipment | available light (indoors or outdoors) and weather conditions (outdoors) | permission from and cooperation of location owner and neighbors, local government and law enforcement

The quality of The quality of Post-Production largely depends on the care taken in Pre-Production, and for this reason, we aim our attention towards making sure everything is running smoothly by bringing in talented VFX Supervisors, on-set editing, live color grading, and more, depending on the project’s scale and complexity
