Roaches only come from the sewer….
False. Although roaches like the sewer, they will thrive in any dark damp location that isn’t being disturbed like gardens, meter boxes, AC units, and sheds. The city has 17,000 manholes. These manholes are sprayed on an annual basis to assist with roach control.

Water Conservation as a Demand Management Strategy
Water conservation is encouraged through rebates, outreach programs, educational efforts, and regional cooperation with other cities.
Water conservation is a means of adaptation to Arizona’s desert environment, not an answer to water shortages.
Everyone can conserve water.
