Infant Room Hello from the Infant Room, and welcome to Spring! This month, we will be gearing up for spring with lots of spring art projects. We also hope to be able to get outside, so let’s keep our fingers crossed for nice weather (or should we say ―baby friendly weather‖!). So we ask that you make sure your child has weather-appropriate jackets and hats for buggy rides. We would like to wish Ka’Mya Marshall a very Happy Birthday— she will be turning one on April 23rd! Toddler Room For the month of April, we will focus on: Going to the zoo, with a peek-a-boo picture for art and fruit

salad for cooking. New life and spring, with a budding tree for art and crescent

rolls for cooking. Caterpillars and Butterflies, with a butterfly for art and

cucumber with dip for cooking. April Showers, with an umbrella for art, and blueberry

cobbler for cooking. Frogs, with a tadpole picture for art and green jello, with

green grapes for cooking. Twos Room The Twos are so excited that it is April. We are waiting for the snow to go away, so we can play! March was a long, cold month and we are ready for some warmth.

In April, we will be working on rain, water, and clouds, and also focusing on the circus. We would like to welcome Dylan to our room! Please remember as the weather warms up to check cubbies to make sure we have the right sizes and types of extra clothes in there! Thanks! Preschool Room Woo! March flew by so fast! We are so excited for spring and some warmer weather! This April, we are looking forward to our Summer Blast preview week, as well as learning about all things spring! We will be learning all about the weather, animals and flowers! We will be celebrating Josiah’s 3rd birthday, too! It’s going to be a great month!

Screen-Free Week

Screen-Free Week is April 29th-May 5th this year! Celebrate a week of being completely unplugged from television, computers, cell phones and tablets to focus instead on playing, reading, daydreaming, exploring nature and reconnecting with family

and friends!
