Special Consideration in Design and Maintenance
Buildings such as offices, accommodation, creations and other in industrial community need special consideration in design and maintenance.
The course develop the first step in design until maintenance and assessment the existing facilities with buildings in compound and its facilities.
The buildings in industrial Systems should be developed, designed, and modified with reliability as a key goal. The attendees will apply practical tools for integrating engineering, business, operations, and maintenance perspectives into a total life cycle approach to asset and cost management.
The main driver for implementing Asset Integrity management (AIM) is to improve business performance while meeting all business need, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

COURSE DESCRIBTIONBuildings such as offices, accommodation, creations and other in industrial community need special consideration in design and maintenance.
Special Consideration in Design and Maintenance
The course focuses on the entire process of developing an AIM plan, including how structures deteriorate and fail, how these failures can be affected by corrosion management and inspection tasks, the different types of analysis tools, and how to apply those tools to the management of assets. The tools of evaluating the reinforced concrete structure will be discussed in detail and presenting risked-based inspection (RBI) approaches and where each is applicable.
The hands-on interactive workshops interspersed between lectures and presentations will allow the participants to practice some of the AIM processes and associated tools.Through the workshop present the qualitative risk assessment to implement the buildings maintenance plan.
This course provides the tools for prioritizing buildings failures so that effective failure management strategies (i.e., maintenance plans, one-time repair) can be developed to control the risk of losses (e.g., productivity, safety, quality). The corrective, preventive and proactive maintenance approach for buildings in industrial sectors will be discussed.
