twitter / instagramm, giving us access to their likes / inteterests / events / birthday …
The front desk will collect all these information to connect with a smart watch Check-in Check-out Room number Preferences for the room
The Arrival Guests will receive a pre-set smartwatch at a
dedicated desk that will: Allow the access to their rooms Avoid the line for the check-in Get a quick access to the room
The Room Experience : Connected TV
Thanks to the smartwatch / or mobile phone and its facebook log in we will posess enough information to enhance the guest experience: The connected TV : will show places of
interest for the guest (restaurants, activities, museum related to the guest facebook likes)
It will invite the guests to go get their smartwatch if they have not done so.
The Room ExperienceThe weighing scale
The weighting scale will ask the guest if he / she wants to get information about his / her health, or stress level. It will scan the guest and give him fitness
(stress..) and nutrition advice the scale will propose the guest a personalized
breakfast and would be able to order it. Or a personalized access to the fitness room
and SPA with the possibility to book an appointment

Put it on and it will:Allow you to hear the music you liked on facebook
Project the weather forecast, advice on what to wear, breaking news
Offer you a live escape of the country / city of your choice
Leaving The Hotel
Notifications will be sent to the guest: Thank you notes Survey possibility Sharing the experience on social media
