Thermal shock and cycle testing is conducted from-60C to +175C. Voltage transient test equipmentcovers all SAE and major OEM test requirements.

Computer-controlled life-test equipment simulates actual operation over repeated cycles athigh temperatures.

Mechanical vibration, electromagnetic interference, RFI and other performance tests areperformed in our Wisconsin test labs.

In addition to dynamometer testing,new components are subjected toon-vehicle/on-road testing to verifynew designs.

With Airtex the OE component is only thestarting point of the design process andrepresents the minimum standard.

Using computer-aided design, andsimulation software, Airtex engineersreplicate OE specifications andovercome OE design shortcomings.
