Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.We request you to mention in any social media site you own to denote the page relates to the organization, group of individual representing Zermat as an Independent Business Owner.

This ensures equality of rights for all Zermat Independent Business Owners.

Copyright.The contents of the Zermat Websites, such as text, graphics, images and other materials (collectively referred to "Material") are protected by copyright pursuant to U.S. and foreign laws. Unauthorized use of Material may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark and other laws. Brands and LogosZermat International owns the brands of products, services and logos used and displayed by Zermat International unless otherwise stated. No posting of Zermat International may be construed as conferring any license, either implied, tacit, or assignment of the right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site.

ImagesZermat International and / or its author own the images used and displayed on Zermat Websites. Usage License 1) It is authorized to temporarily download a copy of the material on Zermat Websites just for temporary display for personal and non-commercial purposes. CompensationEvery Zermat Independent Business Owner, agrees to indemnify and hold Zermat Internatio-nal and / or their representatives (Web Administrator) free from any liability, loss, cost, claim or expense, including without limitation, legal expenses, and research generated by participation of the Independent Business Owner in reviewing or causing errors. Any Material may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Zermatt does not guarantee that such Material is accurate, complete or current. Zermat International can make changes to such Materials at any time without notice. However, Zermat is not obligated to update such Materials.

LinksZermat International has not reviewed all the sites that may be linked to Zermat Websites and is not responsible for the contents of any of such linked sites. Such links are provided for convenience only and their inclusion does not imply the endorsement of Zermat Interna-tional. The use of any linked websites is the responsibility of the user.

Third Party TransactionsAll transactions with visitors to the website shown on Zermat Websites or participation in promotions, including delivery and payment for goods and services and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and the advertiser or denoted third parties.
