9th Grade Summer Bridge ProgramThe 9th Grade Summer Bridge is a FREE summer enrichment program designed to help incoming 9th grade students make connections with future teachers and classmates while preparing them academically for the transition to high school.

Date Time Location

June 6th – July 3rd Monday - Thursday

8:00 am - 2:00 pm Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Worthing High School

What is the purpose of the program? Introduce students to project-based learning Build leadership and collaboration Ease the transition from middle school to high school Provide incoming freshmen opportunity to gain 1.5 credits prior to entering high school Enhance student confidence, self-esteem, and motivation.

What will the day look like?

All sessions focus on high-interest topics and activities: Leadership Spoken Word Mad Science Robotics and more!

Students will also participate in either a lab or field trip EVERY WEEK!

Who can enroll? All incoming 9th grade students and select sophomore students who are interested in spending 4 weeks packed

with fun-filled educational experiences are encouraged to register at NO COST.
