• Report Manager – Assign custom reports to places in the Report

– Custom reports can be added to print from any window in WebTMA
Selecting a Form and Fields

Fields • Field Names are the same as those you would see in the
WebTMA Application.
Adding Criteria
Criteria can be set for all fields that you have chosen to use from the form
– Required – Set the Condition for the Filter– Prompt User

Group results together by any field in the report
Select Sorting Options
• Sort by Any Field in the Report• Ascending and Descending• Sort Preferences
Example: Sort by Building First, then by Area Number
SummariesYou can choose a summary type of:
