The Cliffs Pavilion is holding the Annual Wedding Fayre on Sunday 10th April 2016 from 10am – 3pm which will be hosted by Radio Essex's very own Paul & Emma! This unique event is not to be missed if you are in the Weddings & Events industry, attracting local wedding couples, exhibitors capitalise from talking to guests who are genuinely looking to book their services. Our 2015 Wedding Fayre enjoyed a footfall in excess of 1100 guests and thanks to the excellent exhibitors involved, the Fayre was a great success and has had amazing feedback.

THE WEDDING FAYRE 2016

The Cliffs Pavilion is holding the Annual Wedding Fayre on Sunday 10th April 2016 from 10am – 3pm which will be hosted by Radio Essex’s very own Paul & Emma!

This Wedding Fayre is a unique event and one not to be missed if you are in the Weddings & Events industry. The Cliffs Pavilion Wedding Fayre attracts local wedding couples, meaning exhibitors capitalise from talking to guests who are genuinely looking to book their services.

Our 2015 Wedding Fayre enjoyed a footfall in excess of 1100 guests and thanks to the excellent exhibitors involved, the Fayre was a great success and has had amazing feedback.

We introduced the Premium Exhibitor Package for the 2015 Wedding Fayre which proved to be very popular and we will be offering this again for 2016. Premium Exhibitors have the opportunity to choose their stand location and have their company logo included in the main stage screen presentation and TV screens in the main bar throughout the entire day!

The Cliffs Pavilion and Radio Essex present the incredible ‘Win your Wedding’ competition. The competition will be held on the day and the Radio Essex Road Runners will directly engage with visitors about the sponsors and take competition entries which will also provide essential data capture for the sponsors’ business.

‘Win your Wedding’ sponsors will also receive:

• Inclusion in the 2016 Wedding Fayre bespoke mini-site for the duration of the campaign (September to April (excludes December)) on the Radio Essex website

• A click through to your own page dedicated to your business (which will also include links to your site and social media) sending traffic directly to your brand.

• Mentions via Radio Essex presenter live reads (six week lead up) with Radio Essex presenters directly promoting your business.

• Inclusion in Southend Theatres Wedding Fayre website page including social media posts for the duration of the campaign (September to April (excludes December)).

And, if all this isn’t enough – we provide a complimentary Exhibitors Lounge with bacon rolls, tea & coffee!

WEDDING VEHICLE EXHIBITORS We have prime space inside the Foyer Entrance and outside the main entrance on the slip road (the slip road will be roped off to the general public so only the exhibitor cars/vehicles will be outside the main entrance).

METHODS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Cheque, Credit Card, Debit Card. Cheques should be made payable to HQ Hospitality. Please note we do not accept AMEX. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your stand/space is required at time of booking. Balance due one month prior to event. Exhibitors are to have their own Public Liability Insurance. All electrical equipment brought to the Fayre must be PAT tested and by bringing the equipment along you are confirming that it is PAT tested.

WIN YOUR WEDDING PARTNER – Exhibitors are invited to become a WYW PARTNER. Partners receive company logo and web link promotion on Radio Essex and Southend Theatres web sites. Full details will be provided on application. YES / NO GOODIE BAGS – Exhibitors are invited to add items to our Goodie Bags free of charge. These are handed out to the first 250 happy couples.
