I am very proud to present to you the Fosters Spring 2014 product directory. Following on from the success of our All Year Round 2013 product directory we have designed this new seasonal brochure to follow the same winning layout and format. We have chosen again to lead with our exclusive flagship Fosters branded products, followed by agency brands and personalised products. This enables you to find the products that you require as quickly and easily as possible.

In this brochure we bring to you a range that contains 210 lines and features 125 exclusive products unique to Fosters; 175 new products not previously included

in any Fosters range and 187 are purchased from British suppliers or are British brands, continuing to show our support for local producers.

For the new range of Spring Fosters branded products we have continued the leading principles of quality and taste, partnering with British artisan producers to bring new, innovative and great tasting products in both the bakery and confectionery categories. We are introducing new lines such as our chocolate confectionery gifting range, themed around nursery rhymes and our spring biscuits infused with rose, lavender and violet. All have great on-shelf appeal with their bright and unique packaging formats, and we are certain they will increase your sales for the coming season. We havent forgotten the best sellers either, by launching a range of rich and creamy hand-broken fudge complimented by traditional flavours, such as Belgian Chocolate & Yorkshire Stout and Strawberries & Cream. Further more, our classic Easter bakery with our exclusive range of Simnel cakes, bites and slices is guaranteed to please.

As demonstrated with previous seasonal offerings we have again brought to you a range of genuine innovation, focusing on great British luxury chocolate manufacturers including James Chocolates, ChocOnChoc and Cocoa Bean. We have re-designed and re-launched our ever popular range of The Fudge Tree Co. Poo, encompassing two styles of design, one humorous and one cute to broaden the products appeal to retail outlet and customers alike. We have also introduced new lines to our confectionery category with Great Taste Award winning products from Joe & Sephs premium popcorn and Sir Hans Sloane quality truffles.

Personalisation is one of the key areas of focus for 2014, we aim to improve and update our product offering throughout the year and the seasons available for you to personalise. New for this year is a comprehensive range of Easter Eggs that can be personalised with your company name and logo in full colour if you wish. Also available are our chocolate confectionery gift packs complete with a swing tag bespoke to your outlet and the classic bakery lines such as chocolate nests and spring biscuits all available in your own label/packaging to give the products a truly local feel. All of this can be achieved with the help of your Sales Manager and our internal design specialists who will be able to help you. Please see page number 31 for further information relating to our personalisation service.

Should you love our personalised products but do not want your own logo to be put onto the label/packaging we can supply all of these lines within this section in our traditional Home Recipe branding.

New AccountsTwo satisfactory trade references must be received before a credit account may be opened. All initial orders must be pro-forma and paid for by cheque, credit card or by credit transfer into our bank account (please ask for further details).

Credit TermsOur terms are payment within 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not made within the agreed terms, we reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% above the prevailing base rate to the invoice value, excluding any interest or other costs should court proceedings become necessary. However if the debt is paid within the agreed terms no interest shall be payable. Re-presented cheques are all charged 10 for each re-presentation.

OrdersYou can place orders directly with your sales contact/Territory Manager or by email, telephone, faxing or writing to our Customer Service department in Market Harborough. Please state clearly your account number, product code, product description and quantities of items required. Please be aware that our product and price list is constantly changing and some items you order may not be currently stocked. If in doubt please call Customer Services on 01858 438000.

Deliveries:Carriage paid orders are subject to a minimum order value, please contact Customer Services or your Territory Manager regarding delivery charges. Timed deliveries are subject to charges, please contact the Customer Services team for further details. Although every effort will be made to deliver goods as ordered, the group cannot accept responsibility for any delay for circumstances beyond its control and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss arising from any failure to supply under any circumstances.

Cancellation of Orders:All orders placed form a contractual agreement between both parties. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee for all cancelled orders:

28 days or less prior to requested delivery date 40% of order value

14 days or less prior to requested delivery date 100% or order value

Delivery Discrepancies ClaimsClaims should be made to the Groups Credit Administration Department telephone 01858 438062. All goods must be counted upon receipt and any shortage noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If customers are unable to check on receipt, the POD must be signed UNCHECKED. All goods must also be checked for damages upon receipt and any damage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If customers are unable to check on receipt, the POD must be signed UNCHECKED.

Photographic evidence of the damage will be required to validate the claim. Any claim in respect of the above should be made by telephone (01858 438062), facsimile (01858 433606) or email ([email protected]) to the Groups Credit Administration Department within 2 working days of the delivery. Claims submitted after this time will automatically be rejected.

Goods which have been in your possession for longer than 21 DAYS cannot be refunded for credit. Credit cannot be given for goods that are already price marked. Product quality issues can be discussed with the Customer Services Manager on 01858 438065. In the interests of food safety, the Group cannot accept the return of opened or part packs of products unless by prior agreement with the above Manager. Please note: Goods cannot be returned without an uplift note.

TitleUntil payment in full of the purchase price, together with payment of all other sums due from the customer to the Blueberry Group Limited for the property in the product (The Goods), the Goods shall remain the property of the Blueberry Group Limited, but the risk therein and all liability to third parties in respect thereof shall pass to the Purchaser on delivery. The Purchaser shall keep the Goods in such a manner that they shall be identifiable by the Blueberry Group Limited. The Purchaser may sell the Goods in the normal course of its business but in a fiduciary capacity as bailee of the Goods and shall hold and pursue all claims to proceeds of their sale equal to the price of the Goods for and on behalf of the Blueberry Group Limited. In the event of non-payment by the Purchaser by the due date, the Blueberry Group Limited shall be entitled, in addition to all other rights, to enter any premises where the Goods may be, and recover possession of them. Unless specifically agreed in writing by a director of Blueberry Group Limited, this retention of title clause supersedes any other third party terms regarding retention of title.
