Introduction

Dear Valued Customer,

It gives me great pleasure to present to you the Fosters Spring Fayre 2015 Brochure. Our 2015 range includes the bestselling products of 2014 and we continue to remain true to our principles and have again introduced a wide range of new, innovative products that complement the existing range. This new brochure leads with our exclusive flagship Fosters brand, followed by agency brands and then personalised products in order to enable you to navigate your way with ease.

The range is now 211 lines with 90 exclusive products unique to Fosters and 132 new products not previously seen in any Fosters range. This year, we continue to support local producers and we have listed 106 products from British suppliers including Cocoa Bean, James Chocolates as well as our own Fosters range. The seasonal hamper range is perfect for all occasions including Mother’s Day, Birthdays, Easter and Valentine’s Day.

Following the success of the Spring Fayre 2014 range, we have brought you a wide range of new and unique products. My personal favourite are the Luxury Dessert Truffles that include an Eton Mess themed stack which can only be described as a “bite of heaven” as the cool, hard white chocolate blends with a sweet, smooth strawberry mousse. We are also showcasing to you three new Luxury Fudge flavours, Raspberry Ripple, Banana and Toffee and Mint Chocolate, and many other new products including our Retro Sundae’s, Coconut Ice and our hero, the Retro Revival Floats which come in both Coke and Strawberry flavour options, as featured on the front cover.

Following their launch in 2014, we have added new variants to our novelty chocolate and gingerbread ranges which remain themed around nursery rhymes and now include the very appealing River Friends. We have also developed our spring biscuits, increasing the weight and packaging to increase on shelf appeal and added new flavours, with a house favourite being Mint Chocolate Chip.

Our personalised offering includes the bestsellers from 2014 with new chocolate and confectionery lines. As with previous years, products are available with Home Recipe branding should you not wish to have your own logo on some of our best-selling lines.

Lastly, I would like to personally thank you for your continued support and feedback of the Fosters Seasonal Ranges over the last twelve months and I can promise you that you can expect more of the winning formula throughout 2015. As an existing customer for Spring 15 you can expect to see your existing artwork replicated across your selected range.

As a new customer, working with your local Territory Manager and our design team you will need to submit your artwork (name, logo and address) which in turn will be returned to you as a mock-up for your approval.

PricesAll prices shown are strictly net and are subject to change without prior notification. Every effort will be made to maintain prices, but exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes and variations on raw material costs may necessitate immediate price changes, and all orders are accepted on this basis.

New AccountsTwo satisfactory trade references must be received before a credit account may be opened. All initial orders must be pro-forma and paid for by cheque, credit card or by credit transfer into our bank account (please ask for further details).

Credit TermsOur terms are payment within 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not made within the agreed terms, we reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% above the prevailing base rate to the invoice value, excluding any interest or other costs should court proceedings become necessary. However if the debt is paid within the agreed terms no interest shall be payable. Re-presented cheques are all charged £10 for each re-presentation.

OrdersYou can place orders directly with your sales contact/Territory Manager or by email, telephone, faxing or writing to our Customer Service department in Market Harborough. Please state clearly your account number, product code, product description and quantities of items required. Please be aware that our product and price list is constantly changing and some items you order may not be currently stocked. If in doubt please call Customer Services on 01858 438000.

Deliveries:Carriage paid orders are subject to a minimum order value, please contact Customer Services or your Territory Manager regarding delivery charges. Timed deliveries are subject to charges, please contact the Customer Services team for further details. Although every effort will be made to deliver goods as ordered, the group cannot accept responsibility for any delay for circumstances beyond its control and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss arising from any failure to supply under any circumstances.

Cancellation of Orders:All orders placed form a contractual agreement between both parties. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee for all cancelled orders:

28 days or less prior to requested delivery date – 40% of order value

14 days or less prior to requested delivery date – 100% or order value

Delivery Discrepancies ClaimsClaims should be made to the Group’s Credit Administration Department telephone 01858 438018. All goods must be counted upon receipt and any shortage noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If customers are unable to check on receipt, the POD must be signed “UNCHECKED”. All goods must also be checked for damages upon receipt and any damage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If customers are unable to check on receipt, the POD must be signed “UNCHECKED”.

Photographic evidence of the damage will be required to validate the claim. Any claim in respect of the above should be made by telephone (01858 438018), facsimile (01858 433606) or email ([email protected]) to the Group’s Credit Administration Department within 2 working days of the delivery. Claims submitted after this time will automatically be rejected.

Goods which have been in your possession for longer than 21 DAYS cannot be refunded for credit. Credit cannot be given for goods that are already price marked. Product quality issues can be discussed with the Customer Services Manager on 01858 438065. In the interests of food safety, the Group cannot accept the return of opened or part packs of products unless by prior agreement with the above Manager. Please note: Goods cannot be returned without an uplift note.

TitleUntil payment in full of the purchase price, together with payment of all other sums due from the customer to the Blueberry Group Limited for the property in the product (The Goods), the Goods shall remain the property of the Blueberry Group Limited, but the risk therein and all liability to third parties in respect thereof shall pass to the Purchaser on delivery. The Purchaser shall keep the Goods in such a manner that they shall be identifiable by the Blueberry Group Limited. The Purchaser may sell the Goods in the normal course of its business but in a fiduciary capacity as bailee of the Goods and shall hold and pursue all claims to proceeds of their sale equal to the price of the Goods for and on behalf of the Blueberry Group Limited. In the event of non-payment by the Purchaser by the due date, the Blueberry Group Limited shall be entitled, in addition to all other rights, to enter any premises where the Goods may be, and recover possession of them. Unless specifically agreed in writing by a director of Blueberry Group Limited, this retention of title clause supersedes any other third party terms regarding retention of title.
