dreamy summers provide a romantic setting for yourcelebrations with family and friends.

Our South Lake Tahoe wedding destination features 9,000square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, including

the Lakeview Ballroom and Beachfront Tent. Creativecatering and wedding packages ensure your special day is

how you've always imagined it. You'll find each momentenhanced by the beauty of the lake's shimmering blues and

greens and the magnificence of the mountains.

BEACHFRONT CEREMONIES

Located steps from the tented reception area, this site offersbreathtaking views of Lake Tahoe.

The Beach Ceremony offers the arch of your choice, foldinggarden chairs, a carpet runner, and seating for up to 180 people.

A 7.75% sales tax will be applied on all venue rental fees. Food and Beverage Minimums Apply. Prices are subject to change.

BEACHFRONT TENT RECEPTION

Tent pricing includes a four hour event rental for up to 180 people,cocktail tables, banquet round tables, mahogany chivari chairs,

linens, heaters, three chandeliers, and romantic market lights in ourtent and over our brick patio dance floor, banquet service, &

bartender.

Saturdays $5,500 + $15,000 Food & Beverage Minimum Fridays & Sundays $4,500 Mondays-Thursday $3,500

All events in the outdoor tent must conclude by 9:00 p.m. Our beachfront tent is seasonal and only available May - October.


LAKEVIEW BALLROOM RECEPTIONS

The Lakeview Ballroom is conveniently located on property withviews of Lake Tahoe from the extended outdoor deck. It is a perfect

space for large wedding receptions, especially during the snowywinter months!

Ballroom Pricing includes a four hour rental, round banquettables, banquet chairs (chivari chairs available for an additional fee),

linens, and a dance floor.

Saturdays $3,500 Fridays & Sundays $2,000 Mondays-Thursday $1,000

All events in the Ballroom must conclude by 11:00 p.m.

the best location in South Lake Tahoe to enjoy one of our epicSUNSETS!

An intimate setting for up to 30 people, The Boathouse on thePier is the perfect venue for your rehearsal dinner, post wedding

brunch, or small wedding reception.

The Boathouse on the Pier is available November through April only.

We had the wedding of our dreams!We were looking for an outdoor venue to match our tropical theme. After visiting several locations in Tahoe, wedecided to go with Beach Retreat.
