SAVE THE DATE: Saturday, November 9, 2019 KC Banquet Hall | Clyde Park Ave

What is the Auction for? The SJV Aucon raises funds for needs within our Parish and School, and scholarship funds for the SJV Foundaon. Parish needs have included items like new vestments, new choir music, and bus transportaon for our teens to aend the Steubenville Youth Conference. Schools needs typically focus on technology, to ensure our students always have the best tools available for learning. Last year, we also raised over $19,000 for the Foundaon to disburse as scholarships for students to aend our school. What happens at this event? A lot of fun!! You enjoy a delicious dinner, fabulous drinks, and even get the chance to celebrate on the dance floor. You can bid on silent aucon “Twist Tables” to help fund specific needs, enter to win fabulous raffle prizes, and raise your paddle for some of the excing Live Aucon items. Most importantly, we come together as a community to be generous to our Parish and School. Please plan to join us! How can I help? There are so many ways to help with this event. Some only take a few hours of your me, and others can be done well in advance of the event.

1) Donate your time and talent! Join our team and help plan this excing evening. There is a list of the different roles we need filled on the back of this sheet. This is our most crical need - if we don’t have the people, it’s hard to have a quality event. Please prayerfully consider joining our team.

2) Donate an Auction item! We will start collecng donaons this spring, and we need all kinds of items. Gi cards to local restaurants or stores, ckets to special events or sporng events, a week at a coage or in a meshare or other desnaon would all be welcome! Cash is welcome too, as we can oen get items at a discount to include in our packages.

3) Be a sponsor! We are looking for businesses or individuals to sponsor different parts of the evening, or to help with matching funds during our Twist Tables. Sponsorship is a great way to gain exposure for your business, or to help inspire others to be generous.

How do I learn more? Join us for a brief informaonal meeng on Sunday, March 24 at 11:45am in the Village Hall. Or contact Chad and Amanda Hoop at [email protected] or 616-406-6131.
