Nov. 5, at 2 p.m., Chief W.E. "Bill" Lattimore spoke with a complainant via phone in regards to phone harass- ment. Information was received. At 4:20 p.m., Officer Arnold Ter- razas was dispatched to the Eagle Lake Super Stop in reference to a minor traf- fic accident that occurred in the park- ing lot. Officer Terrazas assisted the drivers in exchanging information and gave both drivers blue forms to report the accident. At 9:05 p.m., Officer Arnold Alde- rete met several people in the 700 block of Partridge Lane in regards to a re- port of a stolen pit bulldog. Criminal trespass warnings were issued to sev- eral subjects. At 10:40 p.m., Sgt. Steve Nelson met with a complainant at the PD in regards to a past disturbance. Informa- tion was received. Nov. 6, at 5 a.m., Officer Alderete was dispatched to Buc-ee's in regards to a gas drive off. Information was re- ceived. At 5:45 p.m., Sgt. Wendy Alley met with a complainant at the PD in regards to a child custody matter. At 6:24 p.m., Officer David Wiese was dispatched to the 800 block of Warwick St. in regards to a 911 hangup. Officer Wiese arrived and learned that children were playing on the phone. Instructions were given as to the proper use of the 911 system. At 7:27 p.m., Officer Wiese was dispatched to the airport in regards to a suspicious airplane. Officer Wiese checked the area, but located nothing out of the ordinary. At 9:41 p.m., Sgt. Alley and Officer Wiese were dispatched to the Peroni Trailer Park on Frazar St. in regards to a three-vehicle accident. One juvenile was transported to the hospital, treated and released. Sumeka Hodges was ar- rested for no driver's license and reck- less driving, a Class B misdemeanor. Hodges was transported to the Colo- rado County Detention Center (CCDC) for confinement. At 10:53 p.m., Sgt. Alley was called to the 600 block of Stephens St. in re- gards to suspicious noises. Sgt. Alley checked the area, but did not locate the source of the noise. Nov. 7, at 9:10 a.m., Officer Bryan Lasley met with a complainant at the PD in regards to stolen bikes. The in- formation was documented. At 1:52 p.m., Investigator Rosalin- da Perez received a report of an alleged assault that took place in the 600 block of FM 3013. The case is open for in- vestigation. At 5:43 p.m., Officer Lasley was dispatched to Buc-ee's in regards to a gas drive off. The driver of the vehicle was contacted and advised to pay for the gas. At 6 p.m., Officer Wiese was dis- patched to the 300 block of FM 3013 in regards to an 18-wheeler that was stuck. Delgado's arrived and pulled the truck out. At 6:21 p.m., Officer Wiese took a report of a welfare concern. Investiga- tion revealed that the family in ques- tion had moved out of state. At 8:43 p.m., Officer Wiese was dispatched to the 400 block of 8* St. / in reference to dogs fighting. Upon ar- rival, Officer Wiese discovered that a pit bull attacked and killed a Chihua- hua. The pit bull was picked up and quarantined. At 9:30 p.m., Sgt. Alley was dis- patched to the area of Union St. and Cemetery Ave. in reference to possible shots fired. Investigation revealed that a vehicle backfired. Nov. 8, at 3:43 a.m., Officer Wiese was dispatched to the 800 block of E. Main St. in reference to an alarm. The building was checked and found to be secure. At 6:34 a.m., Officer Terrazas was dispatched to an inquest in the 600 block of Stephens St. The case is open for investigation. At 8:55 a.m., Investigator Perez took a report of an alleged assault in the 600 block of FM 3013. The case is open for investigation. At 4:40 p.m., Sgt. Nelson assisted Eagle Lake EMS in the 400 block of West A Street. At 5:40 p.m., Sgt. Nelson was pa- trolling in the 100 block of W. Prairie St. when he saw a loose dog become aggressive towards a citizen that was walking her dog. The owner of the loose dog was contacted and issued a warning for violating the city's loose dog ordinance. The owner was told to keep the dog penned or chained up. At 7:25 p.m., Sgt. Nelson was met at the PD by a complainant who struck a deer with is vehicle outside the city limits of Eagle Lake. The citizen was given a blue form to report the acci- dent. At 7:47 pm., Sgt. Nelson met with a complainant at the PD in reference to threats the complainant received. The information was documented. At 7:55 p.m., Officer Alderete ini- tiated a traffic stop in the 600 block of S. McCarty St. As a result of the traf- fic stop, Tristan Deshawn Gordon was arrested for possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor. Gordon was processed and transported to the CCDC for confinement. At 10:44 p.m., Officer Alderete was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Main St. in reference to a minor traffic acci- dent in a parking lot. Both drivers were given blue forms to report the accident. At 10:49 p.m., the victim of an as- sault met Sgt. Nelson at the PD. The case is open for investigation. Nov. 9, at 1:26 a.m., Officer Alde- rete was dispatched to a vehicle stuck in the mud in the 700 block of E Street. The owners were located and a wrecker pulled out the vehicle. At 5:02 a.m., Officer Alderete was dispatched to the 200 block of S. Aus- tin Rd. in reference to an elderly lady that had fallen and could not get up. The lady was assisted back to her bed. At 4:04 p.m., Officer Terrazas was dispatched to the 400 block of Steven- son St. in reference to a sick cat in a citizen's yard. The cat was gone upon his arrival. At 6:33 p.m., Officer Alderete and Sgt. Nelson were dispatched to the 600 block of E. State St. in reference to an open door at a residence. The residence was checked out; no intruders were found and nothing was found to be missing. At 8:55 p.m., Officer Alderete as- sisted the Colorado County Sheriff's \ \ Department by responding to an acti- vated residential alarm outside the city limits. No intruders were found. The call was turned over to the deputy when he arrived. Nov. 10, at 12:04 a.m., Officer Al- derete initiated a traffic stop in the 600 block of W. Post Office. Asa result of the stop, George Chadwick Ferguson was arrested for possession of a con- trolled substance, a state jail felony and possession of marijuana, a Class Amis- demeanor. Ferguson was transported to the CCDC for confinement. At 1:30 a.m., Sgt. Nelson met with a complainant at the PD in regards to a runaway juvenile. Information was re- ceived. At 3:57 a.m., Officer Alderete was dispatched to the 1200 block of E. State St. in reference to a disturbance. One subject opted to leave the residence for the night. At 8:44 a.m., Officer Terrazas was dispatched to the 1100 block of E Street in regards to criminal mischief. At 9:35 a.m., Officer Terrazas met with a complainant at the PD in regards to a theft. The case is open for investi- gation. At 11:04 a.m., Officer Terrazas was dispatched to the 400 block of Pendle- ton St. in reference to a 911 hangup. Upon arrival Officer Terrazas met with the resident who stated that she had di- aled 911 by mistake. At 7:14 p.m., Sgt. Nelson was dis- patched to Austin Rd. in reference to a man in a wheel chair wheeling down the middle of the roadway. Sgt. Nelson checked the area for several minutes but was unable to locate the man. At 9:43 p.m., Sgt. Nelson initiated a traffic stop in the 300 block of 3 ri St. As a result of the stop, Anthony Ray Legan was arrested for unlawfully car- rying a weapon, a Class A misdemea- nor, possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C misde- meanor. Legan was transported to the CCDC for confinement. At 10:27 p.m., Officer Alderete was dispatched to the 600 block of Colley St. in regards to suspicious activity. Alderete checked the area but was un- able to locate the described activity. Nov. 11, at 3:54 p.m., Sgt. Alley was dispatched to the 400 block of Walnut St. in regards to criminal mis- chief. The case is open for investiga- tion.
