Multi-disciplinary teams Jay is 5 years old and attends school full time. Jay

has a learning support assistant in class. Jay also attends the after school club three days a week, which is held at a local community centre. She

has a support worker who helps her there. Jay is also receiving speech and language therapy. She has exercises to do and the therapist visits her at

school once a month. As Jay is on the special needs register she is seen by the educational

psychologist each year.
