Todo conocimiento es tuyo, oh Dios, y nos conoce mejor que nosotros mismos - sin embargo, nos has elegido

y nos has llamado a seguir el camino de Cristo. Si perdemos la fe en nosotros mismos, como tus hijos perdó-

nanos y restaura nos. Si perdemos la fe en Tu bondad y misericordia omnipresente, tráenos a un sano juicio y

danos una profunda confianza en tu amor y poder. De hecho llénanos y úsanos; llénanos y utilízanos para ser

portadores de la luz, un pueblo que brilla en la oscuridad y que no tienen miedo.... Señor, en tu misericordia,

escucha nuestra oración...

Te damos las gracias Dios por todas aquellas personas que han compartido la esperanza que hay en ellos. Te

damos gracias por quienes nos dijeron primero acerca de ti y acerca de Jesús y la sanación que viene a través

nuestras fuerzas armadas en todo lugar, especialmente________ Defiéndeles diariamente con tu gracia

celestial; fortaléceles en sus pruebas y tentaciones; dales valor para enfrentar los peligros que les ace-

chen y concede que sientan tu presencia continua dondequiera que estén. Señor, en tu misericordia. Es-

cucha nuestra oración.

Padre, te pedimos por los que fueron levantados hoy en esta Iglesia por tu presencia, porque los que vinieron

a la mente mientras escuchábamos tu palabra cuando se leía o cuyos nombres surgieron espontáneamente

mientras cantábamos un himno. Levantamos estos y los que fueron nombrados en nuestras oraciones a ti oh

Dios y oramos para que la bendición de tu sanidad, tu paz, tu alegría, pueden estar sobre los que está enfer-

mo, o sufriendo una pena, o luchando con la infelicidad o miedo por el mañana. Señor, en tu misericordia.

Escucha nuestra oración.

Oramos también por las bendiciones de la tierra y la justicia de tu reino sobre los que tienen hambre o sed de

las cosas de la vida diaria: comida, agua, refugio, esperanza y amor, y pedimos que tu atenta mirada y tus ma-

nos suave sean con los que amamos con un amor muy especial.... recordamos ante ti.... Aurora, Pat, Francis,

Alabanza a ti, oh Dios, por creer en nosotros - por amarnos. Ayúdanos a amar con tu más querido amor - y

All knowledge is yours, O God, and you know us better than we know ourselves - yet you have chosen us

and called us to follow of the path of Christ. If we lose faith in ourselves as your children forgive and re-

stores us. If we lose faith in your pervasive goodness and mercy, bring us to a right mind and give us a deep

trust in your love and power. Indeed fill us and use us; fill us and use us to be bringers of light, a people who

shine in the darkness and who are not afraid.... Lord in your mercy. Hear our prayer...

We thank you God for all those people who have shared the hope that is within them. We thank you for those

who first told us about you and about Jesus and the healing that comes through him. Lord in your mercy.

We thank you for those who shared your love with us and who showed us the way to the fuller and richer life

you offer to all people through Christ. Lord in your mercy. Hear our prayer

We thank you for those who told us that he is the Lamb of God - the one who takes away the sin of the world.

We thank you for the ones who told us that he was a great teacher - and those who taught us that he is your

Chosen One - our Lord as well as our brother. Lord in your mercy. Hear our prayer

We ask your blessing to be upon those who witnessed to us and for you to encourage and bring peace and joy

to all those who this day share their faith with others. Lord in your mercy. Hear our prayer

Let your gentle spirit be upon this nation and upon all in authority throughout the world; that they may share

in your work to bring forth justice upon the earth. Lord in your mercy. Hear our prayer.

Lord Jesus, grant your blessing upon members of this parish who are celebrating birthday this week, especial-

Father, we thank you for how you listen to your children and grant to them every good thing they ask in the

name of Christ Jesus. We thank you – and we hold before you now those special concerns - and special joys

that are upon our hearts today. Hear now Lord our prayers....

We pray, O Lord, for our men and women of our Armed Forces:

Almighty God, we commend to your gracious care and keeping all the men and women of our

armed forces at home and abroad, especially: _______. Defend them day by day with your

heavenly grace; strengthen them in their trials and temptations; give them courage to face the

perils, which beset them; and grant them a sense of your abiding presence wherever they may

be.

Lord in your mercy. Hear our prayer.

Father, we pray for those who were lifted up today in this Church of your presence; for those who came to

our minds as we listened to your word being read or whose names arose unbidden as we sang a hymn. We

lift these and those who were named in our sharing time up to you now O God and pray that the blessings of

your healing, your peace, your joy, may be upon those who are sick, or in grief, or struggling with unhappi-

ness or fear about the morrow. Lord in your mercy. Hear our prayer

We pray for the blessings of the earth and the justice of your kingdom upon those who hunger or thirst for

the things of daily living: food, water, shelter, hope, and love; and ask that your watchful eye and gentle

hand be upon those who we love with a very special love....

Praise be unto you, O God, for believing in us - for loving us. Help us to love with your own most dear love

be changed at any time. Paul says in his second letter to the Corinthians 9:7 “Each of you must give as you have made up your mind, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giv-

er.” Holy Faith needs your pledge to help Jesus ful-fill His ministry and to meet our financial obliga-
