Hercules is comingCitimark Properties is proud to introduce Hercules, a 17-level contemporary residential building ideally positioned to stand sentry at the very entrance to vibrant Portside Wharf. With its coveted north-facing aspect overlooking the fabulous new park redevelopment on one side, and expansive river and precinct views on the other, Hercules will make a bold statement for visitors and residents alike.

A public sales launch will be held mid-2014 and keen interest from potential purchasers has already been expressed. The complex will feature 228 apartments comprising of one and two bedroom configurations, suitable for professionals who seek sophisticated inner city living, without the crowds and traffic snarls. An impressive foyer and retail outlets will occupy the ground level, offering further convenience and interest.

Hercules living will entitle residents to a variety of exclusive privileges. Private functions will be a breeze with dedicated common areas that can be utilised for get-togethers, meetings and socialising. And thanks to Brisbane’s agreeable climate, the north-facing Podium level with its relaxing, spa-style atmosphere and leafy green outlook over the park will be a firm favourite at any time of the year.

Living in such close proximity to the diverse restaurants, bars, cinemas, salons and boutiques of Portside Wharf, enjoy an ever-changing array of dining, entertainment and fashion options, just steps away.

Hercules has been designed to provide residents with the ideal opportunity to fulfil their work-life balance resolutions.

Enquiries can be directed to Libby Mason, Citimark Properties’ Director of Sales & Marketing on 07 3002 6200, prior to the public launch.

After searching for the perfect home for more than four years, Richard and Susan Smith found that the premier riverside suburb of Hamilton won them over.

The active couple, who enjoy the finer things in life, move from Ipswich into their new two-bedroom courtyard apartment in Hamilton Reach’s Watermarque on the Park when the building is complete in the third quarter this year.

Mr Smith said accessibility to the city and the Hamilton lifestyle drew them in, but they were sold after pouring over the building plans and designs.

Hamilton Reach is the answer

Richard and Susan Smith looking forward to moving to Watermarque on the Park

“We’ll be just a few minutes from work when we move to Hamilton,” he said.

“The building itself is very attractive and the apartments are functional and spacious. The courtyard is the perfect size for entertaining without being a maintenance liability”.

The couple say they are familiar with Hamilton, often spending their weekends around Brisbane’s inner North.

“We enjoy dining out at Portside Wharf and spending lazy Sundays browsing the Eagle Farm markets,” Mr Smith said.

Australand’s Watermarque on the Park will feature 68 apartments over five levels, set amid 2.5 acres of lush, landscaped parkland.

Hamilton Reach is located just six kilometres from the Brisbane CBD and borders the Northshore Riverside Park and Café and the Royal Queensland Golf Course.

“We adore the races at Eagle Farm and we like to exercise along the river. So for location and lifestyle, we couldn’t go past Hamilton Reach.”
