About Ugreen• Since its foundation in 2004, Ugreen have been specializing in products

and solution for professional audio & video connectivity, and multimedia converters etc. to meet various needs of customers. At the beginning, we offered OEM/ODM service for international brands. From 2006, we adjusted strategies, and focused on product development and design according to market demands. Our engineers consistently keep passion and mission to develop better products to improve customers’ visual and auditory experience.

• At Ugreen, our R&D team keeps releasing innovative items every month so that we could maintain a leading position in connectivity industry. At the same time, our engineers are always ready to offer life time technical support for our products. Moreover, our QC technicians strictly carry out the quality management according to standard operating procedures and rules to ensure high quality.

Ugreen grown rapidly• In 2004,Ugreen was established.• in 2010, Ugreen marched into Chinese retail market. Based on

our long time OEM/ODM experience, we captured our Chinese market share soon, and grown into a comprehensive company devoting to R&D, design, manufacture, and brand marketing.

• In 2011, Ugreen entered into Tmall.com (the biggest Chinese retail channel ), jd.com( biggest E-commerce platform for Electronic in China), Amazon.cn, 51buy.com, and become the No. 1 sales volume of cables and converters in Tmall.

Ugreen grown rapidly

• In 2012, with our rapid development on R&D, and new products, Ugreen have been cooperated with many agents and distributors in china market. Wholesales team was established.

• From 2013, Ugreen began to work with international agents. Take Russia and South Africa market in 2013 for example,

totally 1,220,000 USD sales, not a big amount, but a good beginning. With unique tooling design, elegant package, unquestionable quality, professional technical guide, and competitive prices, international agents are more confident in expanding their market.

In 2014, UGREEN focus on international retailing marketing. US market, our first step….
