numbers, Welltel will providing you with a porting service, to
allow you to move your existing telephone numbers from your
current service provider to Welltel. Welltel’s professional support
staff will take care of all the porting formalities to initiate the
porting request and will manage the porting process through
to completion on your behalf.
Welltel SIP trunks are suitable for any size of business from small
businesses to large enterprises and government organisations
that currently have a PBX, unified communications solution or
key system. You can also benefit from increased resilience by
building an automatic failover system into your communications
strategy for lines and calls should your main site go down. With

Each staff member has the capability to set up their own
call forwarding functions and to activate/deactivate them by
pressing a button on their telephone. If they are out of the office,
they can access their Unified Communications Web interface
and activate/deactivate their call forwarding. This way, calls are
forwarded to the personal voicemail box when he is attending
a meeting, and to a colleague or representative when he Is on
leave. Different forwarding rules can be defined. Calls from a
selected number groups can, for instance, be forwarded to a
specific staff member. It may also be indicated that calls to a
specific call number should be forwarded to the mobile phone
even during meetings. Calls can also be forwarded directly to
a voicemail box. The practical forwarding options of Welltel
ThreeSixty phone system guarantee that no call remains
unanswered.
Voicemail is now an expected service by your customers.
ThreeSixty Business Phone System incorporates a feature
rich professional voicemail service into your PBX. There is no
limit on the number of voicemailboxes you can configure on
the ThreeSixty Business Phone System. Voicemailboxes are
automatically available on every extension configured on your
phone system. In addition individual or group voicemailboxes
can be configured as the default destination on Ring Groups
or Queues, or on particular inbound routes, and time of day
routing.The voicemailbox can be personalised to include
the name of the person being contacted, their ‘not currently
available’ message, their ‘currently busy message’ and their
‘temporary message’ messages. When a new message is left
in the voicemailbox the message waiting indication is set on
the extension telephone associated to that voicemailbox. In
addition, the voicemailbox can be configured with a recipient’s
email address.
The voicemail system will then send an email indicating that a
voicemail has been left in that specific voicemailbox. This email
will include the caller telephone number (if available) the date
and time the voicemail was left, the duration of the message
left, and an audio attachment containing the recording of the
voicemail.
In addition to the email, the voicemailbox can be accessed by
dialling into the voicemail system from the internal telephone
extensions, or from external telephone, by using the telephone
number associated to the voicemailbox. From the voicemailbox
menu you can listen to your new voicemail messages, save or
delete them, or move them to storage directory for retrieval
later.
The voicemailbox can also be access through the ThreeSixty
Business Phone System UC (Universal Communications) Client
Web interface. From this web interface the voicemailbox owner
can listen to the voicemail from their desktop browser or have it
ring and play on their telephone extension, download it to their
desktop, email it to another recipient, or forward it to another
voicemailbox, all from this one interface.
The ThreeSixty Business Phone System voicemail comes with
an administrator GUI interface, that also the administrator
to manage the voicemail accounts and view the usage of
individual voicemailboxes.

The Welltel ThreeSixty phone system is an exceptionally sturdy
IP intercom that will ensure you effortless communication with
the people coming to your door, in combination with reliable
security for your building entrance. It supports voice and video
communication using the VoIP protocol and combined with
the range of Polycom display phones, provides a perfect inte-
grated solution with your Welltel phone system.
Monitoring buildings using the Welltel ThreeSixty phone system
is simplified by an integrated camera, which can take pictures at
an angle of up to 120°, and which also has a night mode to more
effectively capture people in front of the intercom.It combines
an anti-vandal solution with an elegant design, which makes it
perfect for places that require a high standard of presentation
and at the same time resistance to external influences, such
as at an entrance. Thanks to a double microphone, a powerful
10W speaker, it ensures sufficient volume and excellent clarity of
communication. It features programmable illuminated buttons,
and a wide-angle camera. Door opening and the switching on
of external devices, such as entrance hall lights, are controlled
through standard relays.
In addition to the Welltel Voicemail service, the VMX Locator
allows your customer to choose to leave a voicemail or
have the option to press 0 to be forwarded instead to your
company’s receptionist or another contact, if you are currently
on the line or away from your desk, should the call be urgent
or if your voicemail message is indicating that you are away on
holidays for the next two weeks.
The VMx locator allows for up to 3 destinations to be defined
that the caller can choose from by pressing 0, 1 or 2 before
the caller hears the voicemail recording bleep. In addition, the
VMx Locator service can be combined with the Welltel Findme
Followme service, where the caller is instructed in the voicemail
message to press 1 to try and locate you using the configured
Findme service for your extension number.

FIND ME, FOLLOW ME
You can use the Find Me Follow Me service to
redirect your unanswered calls to a specified list of numbers.
The numbers may be called simultaneously or sequentially,
either in a preferred order or in accordance with your scheduled
activities and locations. If the numbers on the list are called but
no-one answers, the system may route the call to Voicemail.
Follow me service, is a very useful feature to locate you or a
colleague. It allows an extension to ring multiple extensions
or outside telephone numbers - anywhere in the world. This
feature allows you to be reached at numerous devices, such
as your mobile, or home-telephone, home office-telephone, or
softphones.
FAX OVER SIP
With fax over SIP, faxes can also be received and sent without
problems using a full IP system from Welltel. If you have an
IP trunk line, fax information is conveyed inside the company
over SIP and using the transmission standard open for the IP
environment, T.38.
If fax mail is used, companies and organisations can enjoy the
advantages offered by a wide range of Welltel fax options. Faxes
may be sent and received directly from the PC desktop.
UNIFIED MESSAGING
Welltel's Unified Messaging solutions facilitate day-to-day
message management in an intelligent, flexible and intuitive
manner. They give users access to messaging services, anywhere
and anytime. The central access point enhances efficiency and
productivity. All voicemail messages, faxes and call recordings
are conveniently accessible via the PC or mobile phone. Users
can then listen to their voicemails, for instance,
outside the company or from their home office, via telephone or
Web access. In addition, received voicemails can automatically
emailed as an attached audio file, to the email address of the
recipient.

CONFERENCES
Phone conferences are among the most used
communication system functions in companies. Above all,
when external partners or customers are participating, it is
important for the conference to be set up quickly and easily. It is
also important that there is no call loss. With Welltel Threesixty
phone system each phone call can intuitively be changed to a
conference involving up to four participants, regardless of the
media deployed. Additionally, for regular conferences taking
place with the same group of participants, the Welltel Threesixty
phone system can be configured to create a dedicated
conference bridge facility just for this conference group. In
addition to the local conference bridge facility
available on the Welltel Threesixty phone system,
Welltel offers its very own hosted conference bridge facility,
providing a professional conference bridge service, where
you can schedule conferences and email the attendees to
conference booking information directly from the online
management GUI.
PHONE BOOK (CORPORATE DIRECTORY)
The phone book makes available all the contact numbers you
would need. It is directly integrated into the Welltel ThreeSixty
phone system and is available to all users on all the company's
handsets. For companies with distributed sites, the shared
company phonebook can of course also contain all branches,
including their country code. A personal register is available for
personal and private contacts, for example on Polycom
VVX400 and VVX500 terminals. Therefore, you can assign
several numbers to one correspondent if some of your contacts
are reachable on several numbers.
All callers can be greeted personally, thanks to the phonebooks.
If the incoming call numbers are stored in the phone book and
can be linked to a name, the callers name will be displayed on
the recipient's telephone terminal. This applies for both stored
private contacts and corporate phone books.
PRESENCE INDICATOR
Knowing before dialling a number whether the called
colleague is at his desk or in a on the phone is a bonus. With
Welltel ThreeSixty presence indicator solutions, all subscribers
can view the current availability status of colleagues. The
presence indicator is integrated into Welltel ThreeSixty
Desktop client application. This “telephony integration”
enables the roster contacts to be automatically synchronised
with the presence indicator. This
means that colleagues who are
currently on the phone will have
their contact icon status within
the Desktop client set to “on the
phone”.
In addition to this presence
indication capability in the
ThreeSixty Desktop Client, the polycom telephones can
provide extension monitoring capability through the settings
of the polycom phone. This allows you to program a LED on
a polycom phone to indicate the status activity of another
polycom phone extension. For a receptionist telephone the
number of monitoring LED positions can be extended by an
additional extensions module that plugs into the receptionist’s
phone.

members and their availability can be displayed separately.

Users of a Polycom IP phone with keypad expansion module
can define their own team keys. At a glance via the LED team
keys, you can see when a colleague is engaged on a call. Team
keys are capable of much more, with calls being taken, made,
transferred and ended all by a touch of a button. Call pickup
function offers additional benefits. No matter which phone
is ringing, any staff member can take the call by pressing a
button. Teams can also set up joint voicemail boxes. With all
team members having equal access rights. When a message
is left, this is indicated on all the team's phones. In addition,
the same message can be sent automatically by email to a
group email account. The team functions of Welltel ThreeSixty
phone system work on all sites and terminals integrated into
the network, even in home offices. Mobile phone users can also
enjoy the practical team functions, with the Welltel ThreeSixty
Mobile Client.
ACD helps your business optimize resources by enabling you to
handle large numbers of incoming customer calls and answer
them with as few trained agents as possible. An ACD system
routes incoming calls to the longest idle agent within a specific
agent skills group. If no agents are available, calls are queued
and forwarded to an agent when one becomes available.

the presence of an internet connection (DSL), so the IP system
phone or ThreeSixty Desktop Client Softphone can be used. If
the home worker’s PC applications are connected via a secure
data connection of a Virtual Private Network (VPN), the VPN

mobility solutions link the phone with the PC. In ad-

VIRTUAL NETWORKING

customised reports you require, in output formats such as
excel, pdf, csv and many others. This Report created for you, is
then scheduled to run on Welltel’s Report Generator, whenever
you require the report. This schedule can be recurring, for
example, every Monday morning at 8am, or on the first day
of every month. The report will be sent to you by email, as an
attachment. You also have the possibility to send the report to
multiple email destinations. Welltel’s support staff responsible
for designing your report can combine multiple reports into
