DESCRIPTION

For more than 10 years Onetest has been the preferred provider of psychometric testing solutions for the graduate recruitment industry. To help our clients and the wider graduate recruitment industry better understand why graduates are likely to stay in an organisation and become future leaders, we conducted a survey of more than 2,800 graduates who completed our psychometric tests in the past decade. We asked them questions about the experience as a graduate, their working life now, and a range of demographic profiling questions. Responses were paired with individual psychometric test results and gave us an enormous dataset to analyse. This infographic summarises the key findings.
