„Our traditional fair trade activities within our Factory in Poprad has become very popular among our employees. We target young population that is endangered and in social needs (organizations that are dealing with this area). We are helping them to integrate to the working environment and to the society by many initiatives. The fair trades/markets (Christmas & Easter) help not only sell their handmade products and earns money by the youngsters but at first it helps to learn that also young and handicapped people are willing to work.

They are part of the society, a part of employees, a part of us.“
