Happy Fall! Been feeling some changes in the air? Like your life is turned upside down and you aren’t sure when you’re going to land? Welcome to the club. The club seems to be growing quickly. As people get onto this spiritual path (or are forced to), they may realize there is a lot of “work” to do. Inner clearing, working out your emotional baggage, releasing whatever you don’t need anymore, is all part of the plan. This is a challenge, yes, but we are up for it. Sure, there are days where I have my doubts about getting through it with my sanity, the days where I am inexplicably told to tone down my “too high” energy (this is just wrong, we need to keep shining our light). The “end” result will be one of truly living an authentic, joy-filled, spiritually-connected and truthful life where we can BE who we are meant to be. It’s an indescribable, yet palpable and amazing place of complete unconditional love of Spirit, its Home, its US. It feels like there is HOPE just around the corner, where things will energetically break open for everyone. Almost all the articles included in this issue give us that glimmer of hope. Whispers of Spirit is here as a resource during this time of Quantum Leaps and Paradigm Shifts. We strive to not only keep people updated on what’s happening on the planet energetically and spiritually, but we provide a network of wonderful light-workers, bodyworkers, energy healers, transformation facilitator’s, and products that support your path. From Day One we have kept the intent of working with Integrity, Respect, and Love, and attract others who resonate with this intent. We just will not work with people who don’t support this intent. As we keep shifting and transforming our lives, keeping resources such as these are so important for our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Even if you can’t reach out to an energy healer, talk to your friends, find like-hearted people who are experiencing the same changes (pssst, Lightsmith is a great place for this), AND find time to meditate, to go within to feel that sense of Love and Home that we are moving into with each step. In the coming months Whispers of Spirit will be unveiling some new endeavors, including workshop hostings and new online features including a community forum, meditations, and more. We’re open to new ideas, too, so please let us know what you’d like to see or how we can collaborate on something. In the meantime, keep on keepin’ on and LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE NO MATTER WHAT! Quantum Leaping by Connie Gundy

In 1995 I attended a workshop by a gentleman named Sunny BaBa. He is an amazingly kindhearted, fun loving soul. In addition, he had so much determination and tenacity he sat outside on the ground in a 45-foot circle for 40 days. His intention was to isolate himself, similarly to Jesus, until he KNEW the voice of God. During his workshop, he explained that the Earth was going to heal and that all the egos that weren’t willing to let go would end up on a different planet somehow and proceed to blow themselves up. (Since that time all humans have agreed to choose love, nonetheless.) I was pumped. At that time I was totally burnt out working in chemical dependency with staff that was crazier than the clients. I was also aware, after taking women’s studies classes, that there were five rich men at the top of our triangulated human system. I was angry about that and probably men in general, feeling powerless to change it so I started visualizing those men on the Egoist Planet from Hell. Needless to say I had lots to learn about my part in the world of human egos. I began following Abraham-Hicks, Tobias of Crimson, Steve Rother’s The Group, Kryon, etc. It felt so healing to hear information based on unconditional love, free of judgment and criticism. Every time I’d hear a suggestion I’d think, “OK, this is it I’m going to think differently and then I’ll manifest everything I’ve ever wanted.” I’d intend to BE LOVE and all the deep seeded negative beliefs, otherwise known as my ego, would come flooding in. Of course I now know that we’re magnetic in nature, so when I was overwhelmed by pessimistic thoughts and beliefs, I would then attract more people and events to be disappointed about. I was told on several occasions that loving myself would be the hardest thing I’d ever do as a human. Unfortunately, I totally discounted that notion, thinking how hard can it be anyway, I’ll affirm that today. Well, take it from me, affirmations don’t work until you can feel that belief at your core. I gradually became aware that self-hatred had become a normal vibration for me. Through out my 50 some years, as I felt criticized, ridiculed, abandoned, or rejected I blamed myself for not being good enough. Needless to say I don’t recommend quantum leaps. I know with every inch of my being that we need to be grateful for the relief of a slightly higher thought. I am forever thankful to Abraham, Jerry and Esther Hicks for giving me the emotional vibration scale. I had learned that it was just plain wrong to be angry, especially as a woman and that rage would land you in jail. However, I now understand that those emotions allow in a lot more of the energy that I Am than worthlessness, doubt and fear. Furthermore, being totally honest about and accepting our emotions saves us from addictions of all kinds, which merely medicate our self-hatred. The good news is, as of September 18th, over 50% of us will be choosing love, rather than fear. This will make the ride much shorter and less painful. Not only that, but you’ll have people like myself as examples to learn from. I guarantee you it is well worth the trip, as of course we knew it would be when we signed up.

Spiritual Book Review Love: The Folly of Seeking It Nademus, through Brenda Hill

Good day, entities. And a fine day it is as we enter further into and explore the realm of love. Now, please understand that love is not a commodity nor is love an element to search for and retrieve. Love is a force of creation that carries within itself the pure essence of what you term God, Source, the All That Is, even as the symbols called letters that spell out its name and the codes contained within its vibration, go largely unnoticed on the creative level. Too many of you are on a search for love as though love is a prize or a reward. There is no shame to be had in this search, for you have been conditioned to perceive that love lives outside of you. But anything living outside of you automatically fits into the category of separation and ego. So, it is easy to under-stand the search and it is equally easy to understand the sense of elation when you think you have found it. Finding it feels like the reward. Accepting this reward careens you into the position of feeling safe within the context of accomplishment and idea fulfillment. Dear entities, allow me to address the folly of assuming that love can be found in something or someone else. I suggest folly because to view love in this fashion literally sets you up for the fall and collapse of your elation into a heap of disappointment and emotional disarray. The pain of entering into this search is never-ending and is suggestive of ego’s hand in the whole matter. And indeed, ego is crafty in its ability to put out a vision and to entrain your precious attention and loyalty through repetition to the nuances of this allure. In other words, your focus loses touch with itself and clearly sets its sights upon that which appears outside of you. As it appears outside of you, your perceptions tell you that you have lost something. If you have lost something, it is human nature to seek to find it if you deem it of value to you. The concept of love is the ultimate in importance, so seek you do, only to your ultimate disappointment. So, if seeking love does not work, then what does? It is simple, my dear entities, brothers and sisters in Oneness. It is simple. Remembering who you are as the source of Love is key and remembering is about returning your focus within. It is about using your imagination to envision Truth. It is about the incredible creative process. If you once, without question or doubt, acknowledge that you truly emit vibrations triggered by your thoughts, then this resonance shall alert you to a powerful recognition that the process of creation is not a thing or an act, but the essence of life. It is life emitting love. Remember, you know from your God space and you perceive through the field of ego and illusion. When love emits from and through you, it does not do so from a perceivable perspective toward someone or something else because perception is what registers within you as separation. It is at this point of perception that your imagination can assist the process of recognizing yourself as Love by allowing for the vision of Oneness to take the place of the more obvious and conditioned “separation” thoughts. In other words, it is the means to reunite in thought that which has been craftily set apart for the purpose of undermining you as creator. Remembering that separation is ultimately an impossibility is key to understanding and knowing who you are. To work through this vision of separation then, you can take the observation of separation, allow for the awareness that perception dictates the vision of more than one, and then reassemble it into the vision, the feeling, the emotion of wholeness. Hold this whole vision and anchor it in the heart, indeed, your strongest physical organ and, indeed, the organ that facilitates the essence of love to emit in precious beams to the whole of creation. In this way, you can process through ego and illusion rather than succumbing to the belief and alignment to what you observe as “how it is”. Searching and seeking for love on any level is not only futile, it is unnecessary. You would be contradicting the truth of what is, that you are Love, you are Whole and you are One. Love cannot be found because it has not been lost. It simply is and, as a result, you are. Please allow yourself to envision this and anchor the emotion that is consequently triggered to act as the gift of opportunity for you to once again know yourself as the whole of creation knows you. Creation sees source within you and honors that vision. See yourself as God. Imagine that. Then let your imagination take root and please know there is rich and fertile soil for that truth to grow. When you allow this, it is easy to remember that you are God. I bid you adieu. With God you are and I am. So be it, indeed. I am Nademus and we are One in Love.

Getting Out of the Well-Traveled Rut Chris LaFontaine

I recently returned from a much-needed vacation, my first in almost 3 years. I have previously managed to squeak out the occasional 2 or 3 day getaway, but 8 days out of state seemed quite the luxury to me. I had forgotten how entering a new environment with a change of scenery and release from daily routine can be so effective in resetting my sense of self. Particularly helpful with this journey was spending half the time camping near a mountain lake, sleeping on the earth in the breeze of cool Wyoming nights. No computers, no cell phones, no email… also no hot water or flush toilets. Yet, this city boy survived the challenges of such drastic inconveniences (yes, I’m being sardonic). The change of experience and consequent shift of perspective was definitely helpful to both my mental and physical being. I suspect that the rest of me also observed a benefit, and I am aware that upon my return I am not quite the same as I was before I left. Some part of me is now reluctant to settle back into those activities and routines that seem to become weighty and demanding. My intent is to stay more conscious of how I feel about things that engage my life and time, and to remember that in every moment I have a choice of where I wish to place my attention. I find this recent journey of mine to be a handy metaphor relating to the greater journey we all find ourselves on during this time of intense transformation. We don’t always find it easy to make a change in our routine, even when we know such a change is a great idea and for our highest good. It seems that habits, well-worn pathways, and the apparent safety of the known can keep us bound to a way of life, even if our experiences in that life are painful. How odd we can be, at times. We are now well into a process of change that is affecting all of humanity, and the immediate challenge is both clear and uncompromising. The choice may not seem like one at all, yet there is always choice and here it is: willingly step out of the old familiar life, or stay in the illusion of safety until you experience unbearable pressure to change. Waiting IS an option, and perhaps most of us need a crisis of some sort before we act on our own behalf. Eventually, the pain of continuing what no longer works over-comes the fear of making the changes required, and something shifts. At that point we find ourselves on a healing journey, making our way to be-coming in the world who we truly are. As a whole, we are not just becoming more conscious and "spiritual". Consciousness itself is restructuring, with the focal point being this planet. The old structure of duality is disassembling, while a new matrix of Light and Life is alchemically forming. The result is that we find ourselves with an option we previously didn't have, and a choice of which operating system we wish to live within: Duality or the New Matrix. Duality has several qualities well known to us: compartmentalized consciousness, competition, black and white thinking, crystallization of thought forms and beliefs, and all the splits and separations that result from that kind of operating system. Perhaps what we recognize most from our time in duality is the pain we experience in separation, living a life that is out of alignment with the core of who we are and disconnected from ourselves and each other. As an alternative, the New Matrix is whole, does not lead to crystallization, is not separating, and is stunningly responsive to our needs since we are it and it is us. Lower, denser frequencies do not exist within it and higher frequencies we have sought beyond the physical will now be our experience while still embodied. The New Matrix can be experienced almost as liquid in nature, is available everywhere we are, and can be accessed by choice. Prophecy has called the New Matrix the experience of heaven on earth. Perhaps to be more precise, I would say that the qualities we associate with heaven are melding with what we know as a material existence. The result is a fluid physicality, neither heaven nor earth as we have known them, and with qualities we are only beginning to understand and work with. We are all learning as we make our way into this new reality structure, and there are no outside experts. There is only shared experience, your evolution as a Conscious Creator, and our collective journey as Conscious Creation. I know I'm dropping many big concepts into a short article, but I wanted to give some sense of the magnitude of these times as I see it. My little

(LaFontaine, con’t) camping adventure reminded me of how hard it can be to break our routines and get out of the day to day ruts of mental activity and routine. Also, my own healing process has shown me the challenges of moving beyond the story of who I perceive myself to be. For those of us who came into this life as transformers of duality, it can be particularly challenging to move beyond everything we have known. We transformers came to participate in a sweeping change of our collective experience, and we have used all kinds of glowing descriptions about a new world of joy, peace and harmony. Okay, we've done our work, and the world we say we have waited for is literally at hand. The only choice left is to step out of the old and into the new. And now, after all we have been through, we choke at the moment of truth. Why? Are we really saying that the very reality we have worked so diligently to change is now preferred over the realization of our dreams? I don't believe that is so, but I do under-stand the mind's fear of the great unknown. I would add that it is a challenge to step into the new while we see the old still operating around us. As always, it's a matter of where we focus our attention. Our minds have taken such a hold on attempting to control every aspect of our lives, and it is the mind that seems to be most affected by fear and grips the tightest to its illusion of control. I will not attempt to convince your mind that it will be okay if it loosens the bonds that actually keep it bound. I won't try to tell it that not only will it be okay, but for the first time in thousands of years it can finally relax. It would be beyond me to expect that just because I have made a case for your mind to let go, that it should take my word for it. However, what I will do is extend an invitation to try a little camping trip. Step out of the familiar for a while and visit some new territory with a willingness to see what happens when you let Life do the arranging. Perhaps you, too, will find that something changes and you never completely return to what you previously knew. Try stepping out a few times, and I believe that you will become comfortable, if not amazed, at what this New Matrix offers and how you feel within it.

Magic is all around us: The Magic of a Smile

If you start to pay attention to magic, you will notice that it is all around you! What you give your attention to expands, so I’ve started to pay attention to the magic in my life. For this article I would like to focus on the powerful magic of a smile. Smiling is good for you, it’s good for others, it’s free, it’s easy, and it does-n’t take up time (you can do it while doing other things). When you smile there are chemicals released into your body that cause you to feel good! Also, you never know the effect it may have on someone else! Several years ago I had a short lay over at an airport. I was quickly walking from one gate to another, feeling light and in a cheerful, good mood…extending warm smiles to those people walking by that I would catch eyes with. Sometimes I would get a smile in return and sometimes not, the latter is a response that have learned not to take personally. Just as I was in line to board my plane a man ran up to me and said, “I only have a moment, I have to catch a plane, but I wanted to give this to you.” With those words and a smile he left me standing there with a card and a stuffed animal. In the card he wrote a kind note thanking me for smiling at him. He said that it “really lifted his spirits and warmed his heart”. He mentioned how crazy the world can get sometimes and how easy it is to get caught up in the madness of the “rat race”. He said that my “gesture of a smile was what we needed more of in the world”. Tears of gratitude came to my eyes after reading his words. What a gift I had received! That short moment shared between souls, lifted his spirit and he was brave enough to let me know. So many times we don’t feel comfortable reaching out to strangers to thank them for such a thing, we may think it, but don’t actually say anything. This experience was such a great reminder to me of how powerful a smile is. Since then I have had similar experiences. A few years ago at a concert, while sitting in the front row, I had an amazing experience with the lead singer. We would catch each others eye from time to time and I would extend a warm smile of gratitude. Since we were having these moments I decided to add the intention of sending white light for fun, to see what would happen. In addition to our connection, my friends and I were having such a great time enjoying the music, truly living in the moment! At the end of the concert each of the band members came out to thank the audience, the singer and I caught each others eyes one last time and with that he mouthed the words “thank you” and nodded with a smile. I acknowledged him by smiling and nodding. It was so neat! A true “namaste” moment. Here is a beautiful description of “namaste” from Ram Dass :

I honor the place in you which is of love, of truth, of light, and of peace. I honor the place in you where, if you are in that place in you,

and I am in that place in me, there is only one of us. You don’t even have to be in front of someone to witness the power of a smile! While training for a job in customer service many, many years ago I learned to smile before answering the phone. The person on the other line can feel the energy of it! Try it for yourself when talking with people on the phone or when you are leaving your out-going voice mail message (listen to how different you sound without smiling before you speak than when you do smile). Action for September: I encourage you and challenge you (and myself) to smile this month when you don’t feel like it. Maybe you’re grumpy or in a “funk”, just try smiling and see what happens. I mean really smile! I heard that Paramhansa Yogananda suggested that if you don’t feel like smiling, to try this: look at your-self in the mirror and use your fingers to literally lift your cheeks up (or as my mother tells her students, “lift your apples”) Now I’m not suggesting that you always force a smile if you truly feeling like crying. If you’re sad or upset and naturally feel like crying, by all means cry. We all know how comforting a good cry can be. Similar to smiling, when we cry the tears release chemicals and hormones that help to calm and comfort us. Another magic trick! We are amazing creatures. We are truly blessed.

Entering Phase Two of the Paradigm Shift of the Ages! Aluna Joy Yaxkin

When the Star Elders said that the doorway, between Summer solstice on June 21st and the peak of the Perseid Meteor showers on August 12th, was a rare doorway in which technological atrocities could be healed, I said okay… sure thing . . . I'll send a call out to the light workers and healers of the world, and we will get to work. No problem. The Star Elders said that in this time we could heal the breaks between dimensions that were caused by the destruction of the planet Maldek, the misuse of technology at the fall of Atlantis, and damage caused by nuclear bombs detonated at Hiroshima and nuclear underground testing. Most importantly they said that we would heal cracked souls that were caused by the misuse of this type of technology. This healing was to take place not only in our past, and in our present, but also would pave the way to a glorious future. This was a very tall order I thought, but I have learned that no order is too tall for the awakening community any more. We are becoming more aware of the manifesting power of the light within us. It was a simple but clear message I received on Solstice, June 21st. I had no idea how much it would impact my life and those around me. I guess I upset the apple cart a bit because I experienced some rare attacks from some beings, physical and non-physical, who would like to control or hurt us. PS… they didn't get very far with me :) Already, when I received the solstice message, I was feeling a myriad of unusual, un-diagnosable symptoms. I was feeling so leveled that I could hardly sit up. My brain fuzz was extreme. My body felt like it never woke up during the day, and I felt that a huge part of me was somewhere else. To top it off, I was in constant head to toe pain. It felt like a bomb went off inside of me. Simply… I felt like hell, and I wasn't much fun to be around. Looking back now, I am a bit miffed at the Star Elders why they didn't tell me that healing Atlantis was going to be such hard work, and so darn painful. But I've noticed that they never tell us what we might perceive as the down side of any process, door-way, or project that we are called to do. I don't think they give any energy to possible down sides. But as of August 12th, at the peak of the Perseid meteor showers, I can finally shout like an old time gospel healer . . . Hallelujah . . . I am healed, I am free, I am saved, and I am back! The fatigue is GONE! I can think straight again, and I can actually feel my body aches and pains fading fast! Whoa what a wild ride! During my 53 day long ordeal in this doorway, feeling more dead than alive, surprisingly I was able to effectively continue Star Elder sessions. As long as I was doing a session, I felt wonderful. But as soon as I hung up the phone, I took a nap. :-) Archangel Michael and the Star Elders sent me some very interesting and wonderful folks to work with during this doorway. Most had ancient connections to Maldek and Atlantis, and had karmic connections to those who misused the advanced technology. These ones were corded, cursed, abused or altered by the fall of Atlantis and Maldek and/or even presently controlled by what looked like arch villains of those ages. It was interesting and I learned a lot. I found myself face to face with some who were still assisting in misguided Atlantean dirty work. Some were conscious of this, others were not. I also found myself working to recycle and clear out others in different times, spaces and dimensions that needed rebooting. I ran into a lot of astral beings and demonic souls and a lot of strange looking characters. Most went back to the light without a struggle. It was time for them to be healed. All deserve to be healed if we understand that we are all ONE. There is no more US against THEM. That was part of an old program of a fading paradigm. The clients that were the most impressive for me to work with as an oracle, were the ones that were corded to the very core of the hierarchy of the Atlantean darkside. As we began to clear these dark ones out and send them to the universal prison for their energy to be recycled and cleaned up, I noticed that there were hundreds, even thousands of cords connected from these arch villains to light workers. As I unhooked the cord from the one I was personally working with, Archangel Michael unhooked all the cords to the hundreds even thousands of others. All of these light workers were cleared and set free and the arch villains were put in jail. This happened many times during this doorway. So if for no apparent reason you suddenly felt lifted and freed . . . you can thank Archangel Michael for that one. I'm sure a few of you reading this have felt this release. One session did stick in my mind particularly clear. There was one being we uncovered that was a mastermind, sort of the master arch villain of the Atlantean fall. He didn't look all that human to me either. He reminded me a bit of that dark character "Ra" from the movie Stargate. Oddly enough, he seemed to be there all by himself and fairly dis-empowered. I think we collectively had already cleared out his entourage of dark cronies, and evil supporters. When Archangel Michael saw this one, he sent him to a place I've never seen anyone being sent to before. Archangel Michael said he and Source banished him from the universe and sent him to a place of no life or light. In other words, this one's energy was so dark that they couldn't recycle it to be reused. I didn't know that there was a place where there was no life. I think this place of no life might have been a black hole in the universe. Black holes will gobble up and recycle anything in its path. At that moment, all sinister Atlantean Lords connected with this reality were seriously undermined. Their work was sabotaged by the powerful light that we are. Their projects have been destabilized and their energy is being rebooted as I write this. They have lost their controlled workforces. They have no power left. This was a pleasant surprise, as it was my impression that we were going to work with the Earth's

(Yaxkin, con’t) Energies and cracked souls. The uncovering and the banishment of the Maldekian / Atlantean arch villain of all time . . . well that was simply the icing on the cake. So sweet! The Star Elders also tell me that many, many, many of you out there took this doorway seriously and did a considerable amount of work. I know I can only take a very small bit of credit for my small part in this healing and clearing. The Star Elders want to say thank you and send all of you great honor and respect for the hard work you have done in this doorway. It certainly wasn't an easy doorway to live through. The empaths had a rough go of it. But I guess if they had told us how difficult it would be, we might have gone on strike and not done the work. SO NOW WHAT… The Star Elders say that the infrastructure of the darkness has been undermined. Our personal infrastructure is out dated, and our past paradigm is now in a state of collapse. Sounds like fun, doesn't it? But this is IT. It is the manifestation of the divine plan, and we get to be major players! Now that the dimensional breaches on the Earth have been repaired and many cracked souls have been healed, the Star Elders say that what we will experience next is a re-balancing of the Earth's energies and grids. They say that a lot of the Earth's infrastructure is now outdated and will be recycled. This infrastructure includes our material world, but also the infrastructure of our consciousness. Our outer world is beginning to mirror a state of collapse that is actually a glorious rebirth happening within us. If you watch the news you can see this happening every where. Steam pipes in New York City exploding like bombs, mines collapsing, bridges collapsing and a myriad of strange accidents. Our old out-of-dated programs are being cleared out. Yes . . . we are having an extreme makeover, a makeover of the consciousness, a makeover for the spirit that is erasing all the wrinkles in our souls. If it is old and outdated, it is time to make it over. They also say our planetary gyroscope will be rebooted. This will not only affect the Earth's tectonic plates, but we also might see things like an acceleration of helicopter accidents. Our physical, internal gyroscope will also be rebooted. Symptoms can range from feeling a little dizzy and out of it. Those that are still in need of much healing might react by resorting to weird and illogical acts of violence. We need to remember that these ones are part of the ONE, and all deserve to be healed. After all, we are all children of the light. Some of us just had to endure more convoluted and confusing paths in this life. The acceleration of volcanic activity and earthquakes in the last week, and continuing for the next few months, is a part of this re-balancing. Earthquakes, volcanic activity, grand tropical storms and the like will give great release to the planet and clear out old, out-dated infrastructure. This is going to feel good to you, and should not cause you any fear. It is time to quit seeing these realignments and shifts as something to fear or to worry about. This isn't the end of the world . . . it is just the beginning of a new one. Now as far as manifesting our divine purpose in this life, it is a whole new ballgame. New messages are coming in. New projects are being birthed. The doors have opened for us to begin work on projects that we have been sitting on for years, even decades. Now that the arch villain of all time has been banished from every avenue of our reality, it is now safe for us to bring out the best and the brightest that is inside us. We'll find that we don't need to hide in the closet anymore with the treasures that we have within. We have a green light. It is time to step on the gas pedal even further and get going. It's time to say, "no more fear" about being attacked for what you are about to say, share, or release into the world. You are now safe to be who you are. Remember the light has undermined the darkness. Who is this LIGHT? Well…. It is YOU! Raphael and I celebrated the closing of this doorway by going to Lowell Observatory to look at amazing celestial objects and view the meteors. It was a fabulous reminder to us how vast, huge and beautiful the universe is. We understand the concept "as above, so below." What we see outside of us, is also that which is within us. There is nothing we can't manifest, if we remember this.
