New generation WMX wipers combine versatility with high performance. Feed rates (fn) are significantly greater than other wipers, which you’ll soon see reflected in greater machine shop productivity.

Fobe Produktion AB in Näsviken, Sweden, is a very customer-oriented company, providing tailor made solutions and delivery always on time. One of the components produced is bearing seals for the truck industry. Production is trimmed to maximize production rate and every planned stop is optimized to steal as little time as possible. WMX wiper has proved to take productivity to an even higher level through the design of the wiper edge in perfect blend with unmatched chip breaking.

Choose WMX wipers with confi denceIn its specifi ed application areas (see illustration); WMX wiper is your fi rst choice for maximum productivity and versatility. However, if you need a stronger edge line for interrupted cuts, for example, WM is an excellent alternative. WF is the solution if you face vibration tendencies with WMX, or for improved chip control at lower feed rate/cutting depth combinations. For even lower depth of cut and/or in sticky material, the WL geometry performs best.

GC4215 – fi rst choice for ISO-PA star performer from the new insert generation*. Increased cutting data and pieces per edge are not the only benefits – peace of mind in production is where this grade really comes into its own. Stronger edge lines give the confidence to use GC4215 for high productivity machining in mass production.

GC3205 – fi rst choice for ISO-K GCIA thick, smooth, wear-resistant coating and a very hard substrate make this CVD-coated carbide grade ideal for high-speed turning of grey cast iron (GCI).

GC3210 – fi rst choice for ISO-K NCISimilar attributes to GC3205, now fine tuned for turning nodular cast iron (NCI). Recommended for resilient high-speed cutting.

GC2015 – fi rst choice for ISO-MCVD-coated carbide grade for finishing and light-roughing stain-less steels. Improved perform-ance at high temperatures com-bined with a tough, wear-resistant coating make GC2015 the clear choice grade for continuous cuts at moderate to high speeds.
