Indoor Football—Lunchtime Teacher— Mr Elliott Where—Sportshall Year Group—11 If you want to keep in practice or just enjoy a kick about during lunchtime this is the club for you.

TUESDAY Science Club Teacher—Ms Taylor Where— Room 3 Year Group—All We have fantastic science staff and new labs so come along to take advantage of this great opportunity. Try your hand at mixing some chemicals or watching Ms Taylor blow something up!

Rugby Club—All year groups Teachers—Mr Jeffries/Mr Elliott/Mr Parker Where— Meet at the sports hall Year Group—All Come to rugby club to gain experience and confidence in this sport. We want to have a team in each year group to play against other schools, but we need people to come to help with this. Rugby is suited to people of all shapes and sizes and we want to see there as many players as possible.

Cross Country & Fitness Teacher—Mr Montague Where—Meet at the sports hall Year Group—All We have had great success in cross country which we hope to improve on by having the chance to train and learn from Mr Montague. We have excellent training facilities with the Downs on our doorstep. So whether it is to improve your fitness or to run for the school, make sure you are there Tuesdays to meet your goals.

Duke of Edinburgh - Lunchtime Teacher—Mr Caruso Where—Room 17 The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award aims to provide an enjoyable, challenging and rewarding programme of personal development for young people. It is widely recognised as a valuable qualification and will add value to your CV when you leave. You need to be 14 or over to begin the award.

Revision Support Teacher—Mrs Hoskins Where—Room 01 Year—10 & 11 Support available to students who wish to have extra help with their revision.

Art Club Teacher—Mrs Maynard Where— Room AR1 Year Group—10 & 11 GCSE Catch up Designed to help students complete their Art GCSE portfolio of work. Sessions aim to offer students 1:1 Support and access to the art facilities to help them improve and complete work set. In this time there will be opportunities to develop projects in addition to those produced in class, to gain additional marks. Sessions may also be allocated for catch up when work is incomplete.

WEDNESDAY Table Tennis Club Teacher—Mr Woodhouse/Mr Parker Where—Sports Hall Year Group—All Come along to improve your skills in table tennis whether it is for GCSE PE or just for fun. You are free to play but get there quickly as this is a very popular club.

Mash up Football—Lunchtime Teacher—Mr Caruso Where—Sportshall Year Group— Year 10 and 11 invite only If you want to keep in practice or just enjoy a kick about this is the club for you. With the experience of Mr Caruso you will learn some valuable tips on how to improve your football.

GCSE Homework Intervention—Lunchtime Teacher—Mr Montague/Mr Elliott/Mr Parker Where—PE Classroom Year Group—10 & 11 Option to extend understanding in theoretical PE. If you need help with classwork or homework drop in for some extra assistance.

Film and Gaming Club Teacher—Mrs M King Room—14 Year Group—All Students should provide their own devices and consoles as well as age-appropriate games. There is limited capacity for storage for students who sign in there devices. Students should speak with Mrs King in the first instance.

Catering Club Teacher—Mrs Tailby Where— Room 02 Year Group—All Catering is very popular at our school so if you fancy improving your skills for cooking at home or GCSE catering then this is the club for you. Maybe one of you will be the next Jamie Oliver or Heston Blumenthal with Mrs Tailby’s help.

Art Club Teacher—Mrs Maynard Where— Room AR1 Year Group—All Feeling creative? Then come along to Art Club to continue your

work from class or to experiment with art techniques such as

painting, print making and Papier-mâché.
