Year 5 Fitness Fanatics! On Wednesday this week Treviglas College invited us to send a group of fitness enthusiasts to test their skills in a series of challenging activities. The event required a multitude of physical abilities and endur- ance. Children participated in tests of strength, agility, jumping, sit ups and press ups and of course stamina in the form of the dreaded ‘bleep test’! The children also learnt about healthy lifestyle choices and eating too. Our team gave fantastic performances and thoroughly enjoyed the challenges, even if they were somewhat exhausted by the end!
