CEO, CDP ImmobiliareEmanuele Boni is the CEO of CDP Immobiliare (100% owned by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA), a major player in the Italian real estate market. Its mandate is to create value, sell, and create joint ventures with private sector partners, whilst promoting urban regeneration across its

country-wide real estate portfolio, which was formerly state owned. Emanuele is also the Chairman of Riva Asset Management (Luxemburg). Riva specialises on growth and sustainable business models in real estate focused on build-to-rent, co-living and co-working and has active operations in Germany and Portugal. Emanuele has degrees in International Economics (Bocconi University Milan) and Jurisprudence (Oxford University).

EMANUELE BONI

Chief Economist, INGCarsten Brzeski has been ING Germany’s chief economist since 2013. His main areas of expertise are economic and political developments in Germany and the Eurozone, including the monetary policy of the European Central Bank (ECB). Brzeski frequently comments on macro-economic

developments in international media. He started his career at ING in the Brussels Economic Research Team in 2008.Prior to joining ING, Brzeski worked at ABN Amro’s Economics Department in Amsterdam and spent almost four years at the European Commission in the unit dealing with monetary and exchange rate matters in Europe. From 2000 to early 2004, he was senior policy advisor on European and international economic issues at the Dutch Ministry of Finance. He is a Berlin-born German, and has studied at the Free University of Berlin, Northeastern University, and Harvard University.

Head of Investment Management, GARBE Industrial Real EstateJan Philipp Daun has been working for GARBE Industrial Real Estate GmbH for over 10 years and is responsible for investment management. The company manages real estate assets of EUR 3.5 billion and 4.4 million m² and is thus one of

the leading providers of logistics and light industrial real estate in the German market. Prior to GARBE Industrial Real Estate GmbH, he worked in transaction consulting for Ernst&Young in Hamburg. After an apprenticeship in banking, Jan Philipp Daun obtained a degree in business administration at the Westfälische Wilhelms University.

Director, Europe Real Estate, Angelo GordonStefan Doer�er is based in Frankfurt and focuses on real estate investment opportunities in Germany. Prior to joining Angelo Gordon in 2015, he was a Principal at Apollo Global Management where he focused on real estate and credit acquisitions predominantly in Germany.

Previously, Stefan worked within portfolio management at Hudson Advisors and was with a UK based operator specializing in the acquisition and management of retail assets across Europe. He started his career in the valuation advisory group at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Frankfurt o�ce.

The Head of the International Real Estate Finance Sales Division of Berlin Hyp AGAssem El Alami is the Head of the International Real Estate Finance Sales Division of Berlin Hyp AG. As such he supervises four sales teams: Origination International Investors based in Berlin, as well as the o�ces in Paris, Amsterdam and

Warsaw. Berlin Hyp's loan book accounts for approximately 24 bn EUR. Berlin Hyp provides financing for large scale property developments and real estate investments. Being a law graduate, Assem has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector of which he spent 10 years in France. He joined Berlin Hyp in 2010.

Geschaeftsfuehrer, Alpha Real EstateSebastian Engel (38) arbeitet seit der Gründung der Alpha Real Estate im Jahr 2013 bei dem Mannheimer Spezialisten für Wohnungsprivatisierungen. Zunächst war er dort als Vertriebsleiter tätig, bevor er im Jahr 2018 zum Chief Sales O�cer und damit zum Mitglied der Geschäftsführung

der Alpha Real Estate Group aufrückte. In dieser Funktion verantwortet er alle Entscheidungen und Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Qualitätssicherung, der Weiterentwicklung und der operativen Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategie. Unter seiner Führung verzeichnete die Alpha Real Estate im Jahr 2020 trotz der Corona-Pandemie einen Verkaufsrekord von über 641 Wohneinheiten und damit einen Umsatzsprung von mehr als 50 Prozent.

For avoidance of doubt, any substitute delegate must be notified to The Company no less than 48 hours prior to the Event.If a suitable substitute delegate cannot be found, The Company shall be entitled to retain 65% of the Fee including VAT thereon and shall take reasonable steps to return the balance of the Fee to the Attendee within 14 days following the Event, provided cancellation is notified to The Company not less than 28 working days prior to the Event.In the event that cancellation is notified to The Company less than 28 working days prior to the Event, The Company shall be entitled to retain 100% of the Fee including VAT thereon and in full and final settlement of the same.Dialogue Capital reserves the right to change, amend, reschedule and cancel the Event on reasonable notice.
