Weld Overlay / Cladding / Plating CapabilitiesOver the last one decade, we developed the capabilities of several weld

overlay / cladding in valve parts.

The following welding processes are employed for different applications :

Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)

Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)

Metal Arc Welding (MIG)

The below weld overlay / cladding are handled by us regularly :

We also employ necessary automation during cladding process,

which ensures consistent quality and repeatability. We can do the

cladding in very small parts to very big parts weighing upto 1,000 Kgs

(1,000 mm size).
