The YouthSpeak Forum is a national event that brings together both young and senior leaders from a diverse cross-sector and multi-generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing national issues. The forum aims to create an environment to gain new perspectives from Corporates, Social civil societies, and Government representatives, along with Youth from different sectors to create actionable outcomes and projects to push the country forward and solve its current issues.

AIESEC provides office for OC team from February 2016 till April 2016 OCVP job is part-time starting February 2015, that requires physical presence upon agreement with

OCP.

In general, the role of the OCP is to create the event big picture through understanding and harmonizing all processes between the OC and various internal and external stakeholders, and align all levels and entities working on the event with this purpose, to achieve overall satisfaction and high reputation for AIESEC in Egypt.OCP Position is a part time role.

Team Management Designing basic team structure. Ensuring filling all OC positions. Selection, Training & Management of the OC VPs Team. Selection, Training & Management of the Teamsters. On site coordination of Organizing Committee. Periodic Review of Progress. Constant facilitation of Project Review mechanisms

Stakeholder’s satisfaction Periodic Reporting to MC Business Development Manager. Creating and managing organizational formula & structure. Creating and managing financial relationship between AIESEC in Egypt and the CC. Post Event warm down, Audit & Project report

Budget Planning - review and return assessment

Budget Management - budget tracking, ensuring proper cash flow and usage of financial resources

Supporting other areas in legal and financial aspects of decision making process.

Post conference audit.

Ticket sales.

Generate ticket sales tracking tool.

Tracking of ticket sales.

Planning all logistical activities before, during and after the Event.

Planning and allocation of all resources needed for execution of event.

Transportation management - cover the overall transportation for all stakeholders.

Coordinate the removal and transfer of all logistics from the event venue.

Partnerships to be raised and management - beverage, transportation & technology partners

Logistics team management.

Implementation of all Logistics material.

Registration of delegates and information management.

Ticket sales

Communication with delegates – issuing newsletters, creation of information database

Coordinate delegates reception process - registration, pick ups, check in, drops

Coordinate OC help desk during the event.

Delegate Experience team management.

Responsible for Promotional strategies for the event.

Social media management

Event brand management and execution

Managing all branding materials and designing.

Final accountable for number of Event Registrations.

Responsible for getting contacts for speakers of the event.

Responsible for getting speakers from different stakeholders and backgrounds.

Creating proposals and doing visits.

Responsible for media approaching.

Responsible for media presence.

Building relationship with all stakeholders.
